AVOID ONILNE SHOPPING

I purchased a coat in the sale, still at a considerable price. Nowhere did it say they don't offer free returns so I had to pay £90 to get the coat back to Italy. It is currently stuck in Italian customs because Ermanno Scervino can't seem to provide them with the relevant information to process it through. All they provided me with was a returns address, there isn't even a number to call. Complete incompetence from what is meant to be a luxury shopping experience. I've done a credit card recall so ES can explain to AMEX why they can't organise a simple returns process that many other companies manage to offer their customers for FREE.

If you live in US don't bother buying anything from online store Ermannoscervino.com. I made a purchase of total amount $385.00, had to return due to a small size. I had to pay my shipping costs of about $200 for a refund. Boutiques in US don't take returns from online store:(
Customer service refused to help.

In Via Strozzi, right in front of Palazzo Strozzi, there is the shop of Ermanno Scervino, entering and 'affected by more' things: the beauty of exposed items and the environment that is not 'less. dresses are made with very fine materials that enhance the beauty and originality of the same, shoes and accessories are very beautiful and I must say that the style of Scervino I like because they are undoubtedly very original items, but not extremes and therefore easily worn.

I am one to never leave reviews, but I was so disgusted by my experience I felt the need to say something. I went in the store today with my boyfriend and we were dressed rather well. I hate stereotypes, but we did not appear to be individuals that need to be watched carefully for some reason. A male worker followed us throughout every corner of the store that we walked through. Seriously inches away from us at all times it was so uncomfortable I couldn t even shop or look through the racks without feeling like an outcast. He followed us downstairs, he followed us as soon as we went upstairs, and up until we went out the door. I hope that being a minority didn t have anything to do with it, but no one else in the store was being followed around so close. Being a frequent shopper of high-end stores I know how you re supposed to be treated and that wasn t it. Shame on you!
