The place is a typical pub. It's has average food and the Caesars are ok. The menu is pretty pricey for pub food. I have gone a few times wanting something small like an appetizer.. however it's the same price as buying a meal.

Service 4/5

Service 4/5
Very patient waitress

Bang for your buck3/5 only on wing night

64 cents a wing, not that great, but maybe you need to be drunk

Ambience 4/5

Nicely decorated, cool lighting, music didn't seem to match.

They appear to be going for a classier bar feel.

Love this location and the food. My food has always been amazing, place is usually very busy so don't go expecting to get in and out quick, even though staff do things in a very timely manner. Wing night is a must, try them grilled.. you won't want to go anywhere else. A little pricey but worth it for a great meal.

I have been going to this place for almost a year with my wife. I have been always impressed with the quality of the food a d the service as well. In addition to the their steaks, wings and burgers, they offer nice selections such as caprese salad, lobster ravioli, grouper sandwich, etc...one thing has been moved from their menu is the ribeye steak, something I wish they could put back.

went there a week ago for drinks and appatizers with co workers for a "quick meeting" and drinks. our first waitress was fantastic. increadible service, quick, and easy to talk to. really knew her stuff as half of us were getting a different beer every time. she would even recommend us away certain beers that didnt fit the style we have been drink all night or recommend certain beers based on what we already tried.
beer was good, food was fantastic.

the down side is when she was done for the night, we ended up with a new waiter and his service ducked. complete opposite of what we had previously. slow, ignored us, didnt know much, didnt really seemed to care.

will happily go again but will avoid this waiter next time. we left shortly after the change of shift so it's not like he ruined our time or our opinion much.

This past weekend, my friends and I celebrated a pair of birthdays that happened over the Christmas holidays. We thought, why not try the Erin Mills Pump: it looks like they have a diverse menu with fair prices, there'll be something for everyone.

Since there were eight of us, I attempted to call ahead and make reservation. I was told reservations were not taken after a certain point on Saturday night because it is their busiest time, which I completely understand. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and informative and went out of her way to help accommodate our group. She told us approximately when we should show up and how long we might have to wait.

We arrived around 8, and were told it would be approximately 30-40 minutes before we could be seated. We understood; we were a large party and the restaurant was busy.

So we waited.

And waited.

And waited.

Thirty minutes went by, then forty. We moved from the patio to the lobby/bar area and continued to wait. It wasn't until we hit the hour mark - after watching several groups of four and another large party (who somehow managed to get a reservation) walk past us and be shown right in - that we decided enough was enough. The host who had previously assured us we were close to being seated stood there and watched as I called another restaurant and booked a table. It wasn't until I gave back our beeper and we began to leave that he did anything, following us outside and offering to seat us right away.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so rather than assume the worst - that he knew he could delay us to prioritize walk-ins because we'd already waited so long - I'll assume he was either new at his job or having a bad night.

Though the effect was the same.

Before I conclude my review, I want to again stress that I am not at all upset about having to wait. All I ask is to be treated with respect and to not be bumped when it is unreasonable to do so.

Communication is everything.

If your staff had cared enough to keep us in the loop, it's very likely you would have eight loyal customers instead of an angry Google review.

I ll give it a 5/5 because clarkson and port credit are 5/5 this location has a weird set up inside. It s large but feels small. Kitchen and wait staff never quite as good as clarkson/port credit. Still better then the box in Burlington.

Very disappointed today. Took the day off work to celebrate the American Thanksgiving and watch football. Walk in and the bartender says you can t sit at the bar these seats are reserved. I said pardon me. These seats have never been reserved when Scotty owned the restaurant. Sure enough some seats had no one sitting in them for no shows. Also nothing said in the advertising about reservations required. Will never return to the Erin Mills Pump.

I've only been here a couple times on Monday or Tuesday because it's wing night. The wings here are a good size and there's a decent variety of flavors. Make sure to get them grilled which takes a little longer to make but it's definitely worth it.
