UPDATE: Read fine print of CAP program, they don t just give you a free oil change . Was told one thing verbally to close the sale and now they re going against it because of the written terms.

Smooth Process and highly recommended. When we walked in in the building it was a quick process and talk. Wilson welcomed the family and asked what we needed. He directly gave us what we asked for. Overall positive feedback. Would buy a car from Wilson again in the future.
Absolutely amazing customer service. Not only is the staff extremely friendly but they are also super helpful! stay away from Erinmills Acura if you want to receive warranty for parts installed on your brand new acura
I got this dark chrome rear emblems installed on my new mdx on my 3rd service visit at Erinmills Acura and found it is missing some paint work on letters as you can see on pics attached.
It is probably from buffing done the day before i picked up my car at dealership but who knows ?
Spoke with Erinmills service team but Robert stonechip manager at Erinmills Acura told me there is nothing he could do whereas service advisor from north acura mississauga advised me it should be covered under warranty and also went above and beyond to order the same dark chrome emblem for me so i could install them by myself
