I went here for a price qoute and the lady that assisted me was so direct. Took me 30 minutes to get the information that i needed from them. Even showed and sampled me one of their items

A large selection of office chairs, many of them of high quality. Prices are high but not unreasonable for the quality offered.
This said, pricing (showroom models are sold as "brand new" although they are not), sales (feedback on availability of stock is slow, reminders necessary) and delivery (they promise to keep you in the loop and then don't) were disappointing and rather discouraging.
The first impression of the chair is good (we're starting to use it now) but I think I would not buy from Ergo again.
