Особенно радует наличие высокоскоростного Wi-Fi без "мертвых зон" — до 250 Мбит/с, что критически важно для студентов. Все коммунальные услуги включены в стоимость, за исключением стиральных машин. Уборка номера проводится дважды в месяц, при необходимости можно заказать дополнительную. К плюсам также отнесу развитую инфраструктуру общего пространства: тренажерный зал, бассейн и зоны отдыха, где легко познакомиться с другими резидентами. Техническая поддержка и охрана с камерами работают круглосуточно, так что любые вопросы решаются оперативно. За это стабильно держу оценку в 4 из 5.
