Good customer service is hard to come by. I tried ordering fidget cubes through two other vendors who were absolutely terrible before finding ePromos. Throughout my entire order process my customer service experience has been fantastic. I had questions during checkout so I used the chat feature. Robert was extremely helpful. He really went above and beyond. Once ordered, I started getting nervous that my items weren't going to make it on time for an event so I reached out. Anna checked on my order and made sure I received it in time. I even got it a day earlier than expected! Not only is the customer service great, I'm also very happy with my purchase.
