Epic did a great job on the roof and they've got a solid business that is designed to ensure that the roof is done right. They were on schedule, the crew was fantastic, and the inspection after the work was completed picked up a couple of deficiencies which they then remedied. Well done!
Hands down the best company. They were honest and did what they could to provide us with the best price and material for our home. We were not in a good position financially and they gave us helpful options. They even shared what other company's offered so we can make the best decision for our situation. This is the second time we used them when we resided our house after a storm. Thank you for the top quality of care, protection and product for our family. The work team was also extremely professional and amazing.

We have used Epic a few times in our family. This time they came and inspected the air through-put in our two separate attics, recommended installing more inlet vents, and to change out small outlet vents to bigger ones. Took a while to get the work done because, well, Calgary weather; once scheduled on decent day, their team came when they said they d come and did what the said they d do. All and all a great experience at a fair price. Will definitely use again.
I used them to have a new goose neck vent installed. It was a little hard to connect with someone at first, but if I am being fair it was a busy time for them with a lot of hail damage calls. Once I did manage to connect though it went very smoothly from there and I appreciated their professionalism and efforts. I even got detailed photos of the work. I would recommend Epic, and will use them again in future.
4 stars as i dont mean to affect your rating. However, did wanna point out how your company truck is blocking the back alley which all the garages open into.
I did get some exercise while digging my car out, since i had to try and back up as soon as i came out of my garage.
Other contractors working here recently parked their bins snug with the garages and parked their trucks in the front. That is the right way.
Hope you will coach your representatives.
Keeping it light since i dont like to sound like a pain in the butt and understand this wasn't the intention of your crew either.

We had a tricky project to remove a 2nd level balcony integrated into our 1st level roof that EPIC helped us get repaired. Given the complexity of the project, it was a challenge to get scheduled; however, once the crews got on site the work was completed quickly, efficiently and of a high quality. We have not had any deficiencies with the roof repair work and no further leak issues. We are very thankful to have gotten Epic to help us with our tricky balcony removal and roof repair project.
We had a roof leak. Epic was quick to respond. Came to identify the source of the leak. Provided an explanation of what work needed to be done, an estimate and a schedule. Work was completed on time and on budget. Have not had a leak since. Very pleased with the service. Would not hesitate to use them again.
Very easy to work with. We had Epic replace all of the hail damaged siding, roof and gutters. Epic was great working with the other trades we had to use for replacing some windows.
