Overall, the company is a good one to work for to be stable. Good pay, good benefits, and plenty of OT hours (if you work hard, that is). You have opportunities for advancement if you want to earn it. The only complaint I have is, I expected better direction and guidance from the Human Resources department. The current representative needs to work on his communication as a professional and check his facts on COVID-19 to better protect employees and not spread inaccurate information. I enjoyed my employment at EPIC and recommend it to my friends/family.

Was just told that there happen to be at least 5 staff members with in the building who have COVID-19. They are only required to wear a mask?! This keeps spreading and this company has had no response. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY EPIC!

This company is a joke! The pay scale is Way below national average for pipe welders, fitters ect..... They have other locations such as Louisiana where they start welders out at $28.00 per hour to $34.00 per hour. The main reason we get paid peanuts is because they have the biggest BO-ZO's running this company in the ground. Every time you ask for a raise they complain that there doing good just to keep the electricity on! Don't waste your time with this greedy start up company they want you to kill your self for $14.50-$18.00 an hour!!!!! Lmao.

I love my job here at epic , it s a great environment and all the employees and staff are great people. If you have any type of problem , trust me epic will help you out in anyway possible. This company is great for some people who have a passion for welding and fitting , or if your a great hand you can be a material handler. There is a lot of opportunities to grow in the company that s if you strive for it. I give it a 1,2,3 epic . Everyday all day
