It is not possible to be served by telephone. Also the forms when they take it once a year are very bad.

They have treated me fatally by telephone. I called to ask a question about a registration, and instead of telling the girl that they can not fix it, she tells me that I do not read the instructions of the process and in very bad ways.

I don't understand people who score badly, they must believe they are HollyWood stars. Anyway, whenever I have been, they have taken good care of me, and when they are complicated dates, you stand in line like everyone else.

Ideal location, absence of overcrowding in the classrooms, friendly treatment in the secretariat, up to date on new technologies and competent teachers who go out of their way to help you. A privilege to learn languages in the Sagunto EOI!

The UNED has an office there. I have been three times and they cannot tell me what hours the UNED staff attend (at that same window).
The impossible phone, they don't answer it.
When I finally find someone who manages the UNED, they do not know, they are not interested and do not solve any management.
I do not understand the comments that say that it is not overcrowded and that the service is excellent.
Apparently the attention is deficient due to the number of people who attend for different and varied formations ...
Of course there will be people who work and do well, but I did not see them.

Excellent teachers and staff very attentive and willing to help.

EOI is a great language school. Good teachers, wide academic offer and morning and evening hours. It is well connected by bus and by car you can park very close to 100% recommended if you want to learn a new language.

It seems incredible to me how they attend the secretariat. When you call by phone it seems that it does not exist, something like this has never happened to me. They should still consider a change of secretary ... disappointing.

Days and days trying to contact them by phone for an urgent matter and it is impossible. Directly erase the phone if you are not going to pick it up !!!!
