The care team does not clean as shown in the commercials. The staff is very nice though.

Nice casino, although it would've been nice to win and leave with some $ but can't always win.

Worst buffet I ve ever been to, crab legs were dirty, and old. All the other food looked awful looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. Not worth the money would not recommend.

Awesome place to get off Route 66 and get something to eat and relax for a bit!

So the night was going well when we walked into Johnny Rockets @ Route 66 Casino. When we walked in we were not greeted to the great customer service that we have had in the past from the one at Cottonwood mall but to find tables covered in dirty dishes and waitstaff and managers that really didn't seem to know or just didn't want to do their jobs. The party i was with was 6 adults and 7 teenagers we were split up unfortunately. The waitress we had Suzanna gave us all the impression that she didn't want to do her job she started off the night by going directly over to her manager Mariano and then proceeding to point in the direction of the teenagers table then over to ours. This was the first straw of what was to come for the evening. She came over and took the order of the adults table when my mother in law ordered just a water Suzanna rolled her eyes and moved down the table my wife ordered a Banana and Strawberry smoothie I ordered a water as well and i got an eye roll same with across the table. She then proceeded to teens table. Which was across the way. After taking their drink order it took about another 20 mins to get her to come back and take our food order. Once again she proceeded to take the order with attitude but when i asked her to split the check from my wife and I she very aggressively scribbled out order and then wrote it again. After taking our order she took the menus and slammed them on the table by the teenagers. She took their orders and walked back over to the kitchen and pointed at the tables again while talking to a Co-worker. I was watching the whole time while the food was being made. One of the cooks was making gestures of slamming his hand in our food and before the food was brought over he stabbed the fork into it. Once this was over she brought the check and said I added 18% Gratuity to each of the tabs due to a big party. I would have been ok with this but we didn't get to sit together and there is nothing on the menu nor on the nor anywhere on the website. This was just the finishing touches on a horrible dining experience. So Suzanna couldn't even be bothered to actually let us pay so the manager Nathan came over and took the credit cards one at a time for a table with only 2 credit cards paying. Nathan came back and I asked for the names of the employees that served us and the name of the manager that was allowing this to happen he didn't even ask me if there was something wrong. He just gave up their names and proceeded with his night. As we were walking out from behind the grill there was a voice that said "well if they didn't have attitude they wouldn't have had a bad experience" after turning around to see who it was I saw it was the manager Mariano. I will NEVER be eating at this johnny rockets again. But you can bet for a fact i will be writing corporate about this. Honestly if there was a way to put a 0 star i would have for them. I proceeded to go over to to the players club and was greeted by a great representative that eased all my concerns and called over the Casino manager TY. I started off by telling Ty that i didnt want anything i just wanted to let him know what was going on with his Johnny Rockets establishment inside the Casino. He took down all my information and asked me if i was staying in the Hotel. That night my Wife and i were not but my mother in law was. He gave her $60 off the room and then apologized for the night we had. I wasn't expecting but TY turned a horrible night into a good night again. Thanks again Ty for the great turn around.

Only been here a couple of times. I'm not a big gambler. But. This place is literally an oasis in the desert. Has a ton of semi truck parking. Lots of lush green grass. Its very clean, the staff is friendly . Great facilities. A very nice and affordable buffet. Oh and if your a gambling person..lots of games.

Easy on easy off, truck and rv fuel and parking, avoid the snack bar terrible service the wait is long if one person or 10 people. I've been going there many years and everyone in my group says the samething, just a long wait. Everything else it's Aces!!

Do not waste your time or money, drive past this place for 2yrs hoping to stay here. A suite at best western is way better! NO bellhop service, it's a do it yourself AT A CASINO! ALL restraunts but ONE closes at 9 and the other at 10 BUT you're told hey there a dairy queen across the lot. A 109.00 a night room turned into 148.98 still trying to figure this out cause when u book online taxes and fees are 13.00

Legends Theater is a great venue with no bad seats. We've seen Juanes there, as well as Sammy Hagar & the Circle. Last night was Stone Temple Pilots; great show.

Great place for date nights! They have a kids center that children from toddlers to over grown toddlers (teenagers) will love. Not to pricey and a good selection of restaurants to chose from as well.

Nostalgic ambiance throughout. If you have a passion for the 1950s- 1970s gassers, muscle cars, motorcycles, drive-ins and diner style eats, this is a destination worth making a little time for on your way through Albequerque on the far west side on interstate 40.

FUN, FUN and FUN... go and enjoy yourself this is not a place to stress yourself. Go with good intentions and don't expect just enjoy...

My family and I regularly have breakfast in the Main Street restaurant. Our experience has always been highly positive, worthy of 5 stars. We had occasion recently to have breakfast there again but this time the food and service was well below our usual expectations. We were there during one of their busy Sunday breakfast periods. Two of our three orders were brought to us with really inferior bacon that was unevenly cooked. It was sent back to the kitchen then returned to us overcooked. One of our orders had the wrong type of potatoes. Bottom line, one of our party not only waited for poorly prepared bacon but also had to wait on correction of the potatoes. The waitress seemed unsympathetic and defensive when responding to our concerns. My wife asked to speak to a manager. A supervisor responded and was genuinely interested in making things right. Our primary intent was to provide feedback so that this lapse in service can ve imoroved on. We left the redtaurant disappointed in the experience.

Great seafood buffet..little on the pricey side. Crab legs looked dirty.

We go because we really like the restaurant and the casino is a homey, comfortable place, for a casino.

Large casino, maybe that's why the areas aren't smoke filled as much as some other casinos

For TRUCK DRIVERS it's a very secure place to stop or take the 10hrs brake. But you need to arrive not to late because later you not going find parking lot. Maybe you can spend the time or your money at the casino, you can go eat a good food or just take a brake (10hrs brake) and enjoy the time at ROUTE 66 CASINO. I-40EB, EXT 140, ALBUQUERQUE NM.

Good food! Great service! And positive environment. Security does an awesome job at making sure things are done correctly.

One of the better casinos west of Albuquerque. Not the most given roulette tables. Great venue for concert!

The air conditioner/heater unit was do noisy, I slept with the pillow over my head. We had to stay in a smoking room because that was all that was available. The smoke was barely. detectable.

The whole building is closed. Gas station is not working.

So unfortunately i will no longer be patronizing this casino do to their lack of customer service and greediness. They expect you to leave as soon as you loose or should i say donate your money to their tight machines and the out of shape securities pay checks. For the second and final time my fiancee and i attended this establishment and where rudly and unjustly ran off the property after losing and simply waiting outside the gas station for our ride. We where harassed and forced to walk off the property into the surrounding hot desert to wait for our ride. This behavior is beyond unacceptable and after writting up security after the first incident one would think the overall behavior of the casino staff would have improved. But after todays confrontation with the sergent of security "Tanya" im convinced that my money and yours is better off spent and gambled at an establishment that respects and caters to their customers. My new motto is "Miss 66". Cuz they dont deserve our patronage.

Nicest hotel & casino I've ever stayed at! Rooms are top notch gorgeous and only $100 ....Buffet was AMAZING crab legs, Mexican, ham & turkey Many deserts to choose from. I never hit anything on slots (played $200) but my husband hit over $100 on 2 different slots and $250 on a 3rd slot

Walked all the way from truck parking with my very painful knee only to discover that the website is wrong. Buffet closes at 9 PM not 10 PM as stated on the website. Super disappointed and pissed off!!!

Came here to try the recently open buffet but when I got to it there was such a long line if your going to open a buffet make sure to have a lot of table the line never seem to go down I left disappointed

The wait for sea food night on Saturday was about 20 minutes. We Arrived at 530. The food was fresh and good. Service was excellent.

A great place for entertainment very beautiful I would have given it 5 stars but the blackjack Dealers look very miserable and when they are dealing cards to you there looking all over the place. The dealers are almost like zombies no expression they have their own personal conversations between themselves during dealing.

Route 66 Casino ( one of of the only casinos doing business right now) is the best casino by far!! Unlike ISLETA who's machines are SO DAM TIGHT that it is quite a feat to walk out of there ahead of what you walked in there with! $$$

I DO NOT recommend staying here. Our car got stolen, security makes no attempt to patrol parking lots through out the night

Overprice fuel, no real food combined with nasty employees that thing that it's OK to insult customers

Great place, friendly staff . Only down point was the casino is all smoking. Old Vegas feel.

Lots of different slots and new...great variety....very clean and good places to eat....

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, the casino itself was great as well.

Slot's are tight, they need to loosen them up, not friendly or positive atmosphere.

I can t believe this facility would even be open when this pandemic is still going on .
