Never use Envoy.
I believe their team are professional. I don't have question on that.
But! Any law firm can do it! It's absolutely not important considering the fact that it's like an assemble line.
However, They don't care about customer. They wait until last moment to process your case.
If the team can't process that amount of case, don't accept them. Why put us in risk to get things delayed!

Customer service always give same useless reply and actually they are lying.
You have to do the research yourself to help their customer service to find out what's happening to your case. The day when you force them find out the problem. It's the time that you leave the country.

Wasted so much time to find out a simple answer, just because they don't care about you.
It can happen to anyone. Avoid them.
