What a disappointment! Traveled a long way to visit this place, which according to their website should be open on Sundays in August. But no closed all August. Would have been a simple job to update webside......
Open only on Sundays and during events, such as the Caluso grape festival, it is located in the basement of the Valperga building. Rooms for tasting alternate with cellars with representative bottles divided into 4 wine-growing areas treated: Canavese, Pinerolese, Chieri and Val di Susa.
Excellent offer of the typical wines of the area, among which the Calbal erbaluce and the most famous Passito di Caluso stands out. The rooms located in the historic cellar of Palazzo Valperga create a special atmosphere for tastings.
