Had a small custom engraving done for an Xmas gift. The engraving was done by hand and turned out great. It was done quickly and the price was competitive. Loved the fact the guy who did the engraving was so stoked with how it turned out as well; the guys running the shop seem to have a good time doing it!

I had a very disappointing retail experience with this store. Initially, I was attracted to its large sign saying watch batteries replaced here. Due to my inability to walk around large shopping centres, I thought this shop was convenient and suitable for the simple task of replacing a watch battery. However, when the watch was ready for collection, I was charged $35.95( without a warranty which is usually a 2 year standard with jewellers or other watch battery replacement services). When I questioned the price, the owner of the store told me he only used high quality batteries. I explained to him that I had never paid more than $20-$25 for a replacement battery for any of my familys watches in the past and they all came with a 2 year warranty. The owner then decided to offer me a 12 month warranty on my date stamped replacement battery.
I believe Engravers Carindale should stay with engraving and not try to charge exorbitant prices for replacement watch batteries!!! Too expensive and disappointing service!!!

This place is awesome, the salespeople were very knowledgeable about their stock and very helpful with my questions.
I really can't believe this place has bad reviews.
I will definately be back for more services.
