Very rude had a 3am appointment got there at 10pm guy I talked to Fri said they wld get me unloaded early if they were not bizzy they did not start till 330 am will not return and advise that no truckers go there

Experience getting unloaded was good. Under an hour for 53' Only one dock which is off the street. It's not meant for a sleeper truck and 53' so you better know how to back if that's what your coming in with like me. In and out though so no complaints. Only 4 star because no one wants to drive a rig in downtown Chicago thru China Town

Truckers- call their phone #, they have automated message for directions. I took i-90 to 18thst . South. Right on Canal port. Left on Halsted. You want to be pointing south, so you don't have to blind side..This is downtown chicago!. Be careful. Low underpasses around, so don't get off route.
