They do no stand by their warranties. Hundreds of dollars in carpet cleaning expense (4 professional cleaning in 9 months) and the carpet is still stained, yet the claim for their "stain resistant warranty" is denied. Makes sense! Worst carpet I've ever seen in my life. See you in Small Claims court!
I purchased Dream Weaver carpeting Tranquility Dove 800 through a local business Yeager & Co strictly because of the supposedly great warranty that comes with it which includes Pet Stains/Urine stains. I had the carpet installed the end of Nov 2019 before I actually moved in to the house. I do have two dogs one of which was nervous from the move and had an two urine accidents on the new carpet. I cleaned up spot extracting the urine and using the recommended procedures for cleaning, however I could not get rid of the spot. I called the company I purchased it from who came out immediately and sent a Professional Carpet Cleaner who actually is a contractor for the carpet manufacturer. He proceeded to clean the spots which seemed to come out but was back within a Day. I will also say that after two months the carpet looked worn in places. Yeager & Company submitted the claim to Engineered Floors which was denied. They claimed wicking from moisture. This was unacceptable as nothing we did removed the stains in this brand new carpet. Yeager & Company submitted another claim for me and a "carpet Inspector" came out and ran tests to submit to Engineered Floors. They again denied the claim as well as saying what I was calling the look of wear on the carpet was not and would easily be taken care of with a carpet rake...REALLY? I vacuum floors daily and now I have to use a Carpet Rake? I have had three different types of carpet over the years, raised 6 different dogs who have had accidents and NEVER have I not been able to get out stains or had to use a carpet rake! Buyer beware! Do not buy Dream Weaver carpet. The supposed amazing warranty is worthless. I should have researched this before I bought as since this purchase I have found a ton of bad review for Dream Weaver carpet staining, wearing and the manufacturer not upholding their warranty, finding any excuse not to honor it. However Yeager & Company has been amazing in doing everything they can to make me a happy customer. Never again would I buy Dream Weaver Carpeting.
We had a Mesa Verda Renewal floor installed in our living room, dining room, hallway and bathroom... Mark Bowman our salesman was AMAZING and Doug our installer was as clean and meticulous as any installer we have ever had!!! I highly recommend this company! Thank you Mark and Doug!!! You rock!!!
Terrible warranty, they don't stand by their word, dont want to fix anything. A bunch of bs excuses, they will say anything to get away from responsibility. DONT BUY!!!!
Very Cheap Quality Product! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Hardwood flooring started breaking, chipping and cracking less than a year after installation, and now company refuses refund. Highly Disappointed! It came with a "warranty" but company goes above and beyond to find anyone to blame but them and not refunding.
Had big hopes for this company but they don t stay true to their promises. Purchased hard wood floor from them with a warranty. However, couple months in the product started chipping and breaking all over the house. Sadly all the money went to trash. And the company refuses to take any responsibility & simply tries to blame others. Definitely the worst experience I ever had...
