Honestly wish I could give this company 0 stars , as you can clearly see from the reviews left by others this is NOT a company you want to work for ! If you haven t been with company for 20+ years then they treat you as if your non existent , for the few weeks working at this job I soon began to see how unprofessional the higher ups are and how poorly employees are treated , this is basically modern day slavery at your own will.

The work environment is TERRIBLE, there s no clean air to breathe in just smog throughout the entire shop (Exepct for the supervisors of course) and not to mention the building is literally falling apart , there are holes in the ceiling that has been there for years , leaks throughout all of the piping in the building and the benefits offered are terrible , this company is CHEAP and is trying to stretch every dollar possible, if your looking for future success with no health complications then this is NOT the job for you !!

EPC is a great place. They listen to your suggestions and reward hard work. I can talk to corporate like I'm talking to a friend. Its definitely the best job choice I've made. If you are a hard worker I'd definitely suggest working here!

If i could give this place a 10 stars i would do just that. Reason being is because of the respect the upper Management give to all it's employees. Working for EPC felt like a Career it didn't feel like i was just coming in to punch the clock like jobs in my pass i highly recommend this place to evey in the area looking for work. The 3rd shift supervisor was top tier this guy had all of his employees back like No other if you needed something he would help you out as much as he could an was always encouraging you. The HR was very nice no matter what problem you entered with you knew it would be resolved she didn't make it seemed like you were a burden being in the office talking to her and to be honest most of the time I drop by it was just to say hi the plant manager was also one of the people i looked up to at my time at epc he always came to the lines an asked if there was anything i needed to be more successful. If anyone is looking for work EPC is the way to go

I have worked for this company for around 6 months and it has been a great experiance! Come to work every day and do your job and you are appreciated. Management is amazing, friendly and hard working. They are flexable and encourage growth. I had to miss time because my husband got sick and instead of a hassle with points and worrying about losing my job they send me nice thoughtful messages. Also they hired my son and treat him great and let him work pt to finish school. I could go on for pages about all the good things. No job or company is perfect but this place is the best i have worked for.

Employer will work you like a slave. Don't expect to spend any time with your family. Cleanliness is nonexistent and the building will fall down any day. Upper management are incompetent fools.

Company is a complete joke! Management is a punch in the face. Talk real nice and then stab you in the back! I was let go for attendance issues and yet every week I did work there, it was 50-70hrs. Those hours were set by the so called shop foreman and the shop manager. Absolute joke! DO NOT WORK AT EPC!!!!

It s terrible. The production is all over the place. Will work you like a slave. Favoritism throughout the whole shop. Very very bad benefits. I wouldn t recommend anyone working here ever. Turn over rate is the worst I have ever seen.
