My comments pertain to the Light Tapioca Loaf bread (gluten free). I have been using this product for over two years. At first most grocery stores in my area carried it. Now I have to order in bulk from an internet grocer. My latest order showed the new packaging of the product. I also noticed fewer slices and an increase in fat and carb content per slice. One reason I liked this product over other GF breads is that two slices equal one slice of the others. I can actually have a sandwich. I'm on a modified diabetic eating plan so this makes a difference toward quality of life. This new product also doesn't toast well. I'm not pleased with the change and am reconsidering buying more.
