So far my experience here is alright. What I like is they are fast to maintinence and all the staff are nice and profesh. They clean out the parking lots regularly. All of the residents keep to themselves and it's a pretty quiet place. The landscaping is nice. They paid half for us to get our entry way tiled. Only complaints: no elevator but whatever, mice but you get mice anywhere, and they didn't replace the crappy carpet before we moved it. They shampooed it twice but a bunch of stains came back up after we started moving stuff around. I have heard it used to be really bad place but it looks like they are turning it around really good. It's not the best apartment in the world but if you're looking for a starter decent place for a decent price, this is your new pad. But not if you're a priss with high expectations.

I lived here 2 years. My first apartment was a top corner apartment of 8120 and it was so cold in the winter I had to try to hear my apartment with heaters and the oven.. The neighbors under me were so loud they sounded like they were going to come through my floor.

I moved to 8150 on the second floor and a few months after moving in the tiling in my shower was falling apart and after a while we would see roaches creeping through our apartment and we were super clean to keep from having them but it still happened. Hot water always ran out and parking was always terrible. Having a garage was pointless because when it snowed or rained water was coming in still. My car would look like it was sitting outside anyway.

I really like living here. I would not have spent all these years here, otherwise. There is a bike/walking trail just across the street. We are on a main bus route, and 2 blocks from the Mississippi river, where there is a large park. From time to time you will see a flock of turkeys, deer, and many types of different birds, etc. They are always upgrading and doing things around here. The office staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. My building is a quiet building and I really like all my neighbors. We have garages here, nice balconies or patios, and a pretty nice pool. I really enjoy living here.

I'm a current renter and I'll tell ya, this place is horriable. My cat has always hung out by the window and he got out with a little help and last Sunday other resedents saw my cat being killed by 3 guys who on Saturday night where stocking me getting out of my car, I went and got my boyfriend and Sunday is when My baby (Cat} got killed. I have to park in the back because there is never any parking in the front of the building, it's dark and scary. I beleave my cat was killed because someone within the building is mad at me for doing a report on there appartment So they took it out on my cat. I hate living here, I'm here tell Febuary hopfully I will be able to break my lease because I don't feel safe here. The manegment just seems to allow anyone to move in because they need the boddys in here. If you move here you will regret it. The stoves are from the 1960 you still have to light the pilot light. The maintenace is horriable as well. They don't take people seirous they just ignore conserns. shaddy people live here. Don't do it. The water smells terriable, it comes out dark brown. Loud music from cars always blasting late at night. Again if you are a animal lover I wouldn't trust have a cat here. I lost my from some cowards.

Horrible management...Emily the new manager is never in the office...has no clue to what is going on and makes up her own hours. She is rude and does not care about tenants. No one can give you an answer about anything and no one answers the phone when the office is open.And if you need something fixed do it yourself because otherwise it looks like a 5 year old did it.

Don t try to get anything fixed because they are slow to do so and they actually told me if it wasn t done when I asked, I should come every day if I have to to put in work orders. That should tell you something right off the bat! Yuliana in the office is very nice and polite; unfortunately she doesn t have much say in anything. Avoid talking to Maria if at all possible she is SO rude and constantly makes excuses for things. Marathon management has never answered the phone or returned my calls and refuses to take any responsibility. It s loud at night, their heating and air is all jacked up, all in all pretty bad apartments. They re strict on you and don t admit when something is their fault. Can t wait to leave.

Literally the worse place ever to live! I ve been here for 4 years and the previous Manager (Sheri) was sooo much better then the new Manager (Maria). She chain smokes outside all day and acts like you re inconveniencing her if you have maintenance issue. She s rude and seems like she just comes to work to get paid, no sense of service. One time they lost my rent, tried to accuse me of not paying, and made me call money gram to request a new one and they didn t say sorry. They got mad at me because I request they reimburse me for the fee I paid to get a new one. You will live with roaches and rats even if you re clean. I feel like if they had better management, this place wouldn t be bad. They over charge for apartments with old equipment. If you can find somewhere else to live you should. I m leaving this dump soon, I would ve advise anyone to come and live here!!

Good area, good pricing! office people are okay ACCEPT when you constantly have to call them to deal with the loud people living upstairs from you and they say they will do something about it and never do!

Never in my life have I ever lived in a place with loud annoying neighbors before! If you have loud kids and you walk like you can't carry your feet and speak like no one is going to hear you at all then go rent or buy a house. Living in apartments you must have the most respect for your neighbors because the walls are thin!! I never hear the neighbors across the halls, next to me being loud but the people upstairs from me, oh lord have no respect!

BE ALERT AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE. They showed me an apartment, and they gave the apartment that they showed me/I wanted to someone else after I paid the prelease deposit in less than 7 days. They tried to force me to take a horrible apartment that I have never seen, and I refused to take it. Unfortunately, I lost my deposit, but I'm glad that I'm not living with the DEVIL.

She will try to make you sign an application that doesn't have an apartment# nor rent price. Be extremely vigilant because she will write down hiked apartment price and she will probably give you the worst apartment possible if you are an immigrant because that's exactly what happened to me.

Terrible apartments, mold issues, horrendous customer service from staff. Very often rude, inconsiderate, and do not follow through. Lived here for 2 years, 2 years too long.

Currently I live in this apartment at first it seemed good but now it's a hell hole filled with rodents infestation "MICE" "RAT" or what ever you call them. Am disappointed with apartment management not taking decisive action toward towards this infestation the last pest guy who came said nothing can be done because of the age of the building (CAVEAT EMPTOR). I have read the comments here and only very few people are saying the truth about this place being infested.

These aprtments are horrible. Dont even bother trying to live here. There is no guest parking. Maintnance is worthless. Id give them a negative 5 if i could. Horrible place. Dont waste your time.

Apts are very convient to the boat launch and garages are clean and cheap. All in all one of the best places to live if you have to live in apt

Horrible staff and struggling community. I hear my neighbor getting physically abused often. I have had to call the cops multiple times. I suggest if you care at all about your wellbeing to not move here. Also Cockroaches!!!

They actively look for ways to call the towing company on you and will never give you a heads up. My tires were stolen and they had me towed from the lot becuase they want to "improve the look and feel of [their] community. Also, it's 2020, who the **** requires money orders for deposits and does not take cash for any payments on anything? The workers seem like kind people doign their best, but I imagine managment/ownership is a bunch of money-hungry exploitative jerks.

Bad management. Terrible apartments. I live on the second floor and water keeps leaking from upstairs.
