Great service and cheap. Just brought in a watch to repair, and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I got what I went in for but the man who helped me had a dry and cold demeanor. They do have later hours for the working folks.

Very happy with the fact that I took a watch in and I told them to just fix it. They not only fixed it for a great price, but it looks the best it has in years. They could have really taken advantage of the fact that I was in a hurry when I dropped the watch off. But instead, they did it right for a reasonable price.

This store is amazing! Great selection and prices while the customer service is out of this world. This is definitely my go to place for jewelry and watches.

Very knowledgeable master jeweler and they have great watch guys as well. I got a quote from three people and endless time and jewelry was by far the cheapest. Their work is flawless done very quickly and never any hidden charges thank you endless time and jewelry I will be back.

Maybe they are good or great. After waiting for nearly 15 minutes to get my wife a Christmas present in an empty store I walked out. No one even bothered to say hello.

I came in to get my father's watch repaired, and even though it was an initial visit, the woman at the front desk was up front with me of how long it might take, potential problems and estimated costs. The atmosphere is sleek yet oddly cozy.

I visited Endless and met Quan, he was able to get me my engagement ring for my wife, a larger and clearer cut diamond and custom setting for around $1,000 less than the franchise dealers in Springfield. Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Hidden gem of a business no pun intended!

We ve been there for the watch battery changing and it lasted only about 3 months!! No one told us about this or even gave us the options. We don t care how much they charged but it should last at least a year like other shops did! We won t go there again!!

Took a sentimental wind-up watch to be repaired. Did an excellent job and faster than estimated.

Quan worked with us and got my now wife and I an absolutely amazing, one of a kind, engagement ring! He spent a lot of time teaching us all about the different types of diamonds. Then he went and found the perfect one for us. We could not be happier!

The laser repair is worth every penny! Awesome job. Great service and friendly people. I highly recommend them for glasses repair. They fixed my broken frames (where the nose piece in the middle connects to the frame) in about 5 minutes.

Quick quality watch battery replacement, after another place in town couldn't replace it.

Everything in the store seemed way overpriced. I asked about us custom engraved silver band and I was quoted One price but said they would have to order it , he handed me a ticket made out the work order and then called me 2 days later to tell me it was going to be double that price!

My wife lost a diamond from her wedding ring on Mother s Day. I went in to get a quote for a repair and was met with not only a very professional atmosphere, but a very friendly store owner, and very reasonable repair pricing. I ve found my Springfield jeweler.

Great, fast service to fix my glasses! They laser welded them while I waited, and I can't even see where they were repaired!

My husband bought my engagement ring here. Unfortunately, less than a month later that ring disappeared in a lake. Not only that, but the ring he got was no longer available at the store. So to fix this problem, they contacted the designer for us to get the same ring (since I loved it so much!) AND they gave us a decent price as a returning customer. We were happy to buy from them again.

Fast forward a few months- I hadn't been in the store in about 7 months & I bring the ring back to get cleaned before the wedding, and the lady at the front remembered me! I felt so welcome & that left a positive impact on my experience.

Great customer service. They said that it would be a week for resizing my rings and it was only a couple days. Highly recommend!

They buffed out my old Seiko watch and did a great job. I also found a nice gift for my wife. Prices are reasonable for service and they have an excellent reputation in town.

I have nothing but praise for Quan and Danley and the service they provide. We have had a lot of work done by Danley who is extremely knowledgeable and his work is always outstanding.

Went in to see about getting 2 watch batteries replaced and left in 10 minutes with both fixed. Bonus it cost half of what I was expecting. Only place in town I could find that would swap watch batteries also!

My husband asked for an estimate to repair a 1920's antique pocket watch that has been in his family for generations. The man who looked at it decided to use his pocket knife to pry the back cover off the watch to take a look at the inside at the gears, and wound up scratching it when his knife slipped as he was opening it. Needless to say, we had it repaired at Mitchum Jewelers in Ozark instead. Their repair was less expensive, and they took care of his precious heirloom as if it were their own.

I purchased a Gold Chain in January and it has broke twice. They told me it had been stretched from 24 inches to 30 inches and I had done it. It s only worn occasionally. I will not recommend this business to anyone.

Store only had one person to serve customers, we waited a half hour then decided to leave. Called back to make appointment was told that they were not sure when Quan, the jeweler would be in. Told first come first served. Regrettably we can not do business with them.

Wonderful customer service, I brought in 3 watches for new batteries, completed quickly and a reasonable price.

I brought in a Seiko dive watch with an automatic movement. I thought it was a little slow, and wanted it to be adjusted/regulated. The watch guy took a look at it after measuring its accuracy and said he couldn't get it much better than it was. That is great honesty and integrity. They didn't charge me anything. Their regulating charge is normally $45. They have a small showroom with Oris, Rolex, Longines, Hamilton, and Seiko watches.

I have been a customer of "Endless Time" for many years. And I will tell you, I have never had bad experience there. I'm a frickin' watch freak. Sure I could buy all my watches on-line and save not just a few bucks, but lots of bucks, which I do if I find a deal. But I will tell you this, the free information I receive at Endless Time is invaluable. They have a guy there that is more of a watch freak than I am. He's amazing, wish I could remember name, sorry. I brought in some watches that I didn't even buy there, granted yes, I have bought a few watches there, but the three I brought in today came from three other sources. They still treated me as if I were their only customer. They re-sized one watch, repaired another and took the third one in because it was in pretty bad shape. But at no time did they ever cop an attitude and say "well you bought this at Sam's" or "you bought this on eBay" so you are sh^*&t out of luck. No, they treated every watch as if I bought them from them. Service is everything in the jewelry business and they understand that, they understand customers are earned. And they do everything to earn your business. I say give them a try, you will be pleasantly surprised. Their prices are not crazy high and they are willing to work with you if you are ready to buy.

I went there to get my ring rounded because they were bent, I have to say these people are terrible at doing their jobs, if you don't pay a penny then expect horrible results. They gave me back the rings and they were not like before but still they were bent. I wasn't too happy with the results. The re-sizing fees were very expensive as well, 30 dollars for one ring and additional 15 if you want it done the same day, well, I drove back down to my house and saw a jewelry place close by, went there and immediately the master jeweler took the same bent ring and rounded it up beautifully as well as polished it, it looked new again..yay!! I was so happy. I decided to re-size my ring as well and it was cheaper then Endless Time, he was able to do it for the same day as well. I definitely would never recommend anyone to go to Endless time, those people look like they don't give a rats about your jewelry, they do a poor job at it, from now on I am going to go to the jewelry store close to my house.

I was referred to them, via Preston of Eyeglass World, when they couldn't do the fix that I needed. Kathy, at Endless, was also very helpful, professional and courteous. They were able to repair my eyeglasses although they also didn't have the exact part needed. The repair price was reasonable, the time to get the repair done in 10 minutes was great, and now my glasses are working well again! Hats off to both Eyeglass World and Endless Time and Jewelry!! Thanks for working together to ensure customer satisfaction!!!
