Encore staffing is the best staffing agency in all of Oklahoma, all the bad reviews are from few years ago different managment , they have changed my life, and my best friend I brought by they got us both top of the like jobs , which I been to 10 different staffing agency, they are remodeling place now they got me and my friend both best jobs in Tulsa and highest paying ones brenda is best staffing agent in world.

This is the absolute worst staffing agency in Tulsa. Avoid this company at all costs even if you are desperate for employment, Do NOT use this company. They cheat you out of pay. Promise jobs that are not available and lie about pay dates. That is not even the worst part of it. Irma is the most vile, hateful, and abusive person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my life. I have never encountered so much rudeness and evilness from one creature. She should be fired and never allowed to work with the public again. Irma is very unprofessional as well, bad mouthing the upper management to others. Nasty, Nasty, Nasty woman (I use the term woman loosely, to keep it clean and not derogatory, but the C word is a much more fitting description). Now if all the nastiness from this sorry excuse for a human isn't enough, she is also racist towards non-Hispanic people. I have witnessed first hand her hatred for the non-Hispanic race. This business is in dire need of a replacement for Irma or needs to close its doors to the public. So, if being abused and dealing with rude, hateful and vile people is your thing, then apply here, if its not then I would recommend avoiding this business like the plague.
It took two trips, but the receptionist was very helpful on the 2nd trip to finding out what became of my paycheck.
I got my first job out of college because of Encore. Because of them I was able to grow my marketing career because they took a chance on me. 4 years later and I am going back to school to get my MBA because I landed a position that allows me to do so because of the stepping stones Encore provided. Highly recommend this place.

Encore Pro Staffing company is one of the worst staffing agencies in the Tulsa metro area. This is the second I have gone to Encore Pro staffing for an interview for a job and been miss treated. During my interview the interviewer never acknowledge my presences. Not only she did not talk to me but she also left her office twice while I was waiting for the interview to start. On her third attempt to leave the office, I asked her is this how she treats her candidates for a potential job. Her response was she is a busy woman. Wow, I am little blown away by that, because she scheduled the time for interview in the first place. Costumer service 101 is you deal with client or candidate first that is in your office and then assist the next one after. Poor customer service and recruiting skills. I would not recommend anyone to go to Encore Pro Staffing on their job searching due to the miss treatment I have received.
I just wanted to leave a 5 star rating so everyone can read this, by far the worse staffing company i have tried to go through. They dont work with you and promise you false jobs. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them.
