Enchanted Celebrations Review

We absolutely loved working with enchanted celebrations. Everything from start to finish was so easy and seamless. The planning forms we so unbelievably helpful when it came to planning. When it came to the day of the wedding we knew exactly what was going to happen thanks to the calls from Alex and Brandon! Alex walked me through step by step what to expect for the music and ceremony. He was very knowable of all the songs we choose, even the ones that were kinda out there. He was amazing! The ceremony music was perfect and was my dream come true. He plates the perfect mix when it came to the cocktail hour and even had the dance floor full of people for most of the night! The music he played when we were enjoying our dinner was perfect, its like he knew us our whole lives and was playing songs we loved.

I don't know where to start with Brandon. He was the AMAZING! I have a huge complicated family and he made it seamless when we were taking pictures! He knew when I was getting uncomfortable and would move on to the next picture. When he arrived he had the biggest smile on his face and made everyone feels excited! He also knew how to blend into the background. He started with the groom pictures and all the guys thought he was great! When he started with the bridal pictures he was so calming and relaxing and he went with the flow of what was happening. He knew exactly what I wanted and had the greatest ideas. He even incorporated our light sabers. I can't begin to tell you how many compliments that we received from family and friends about enchanted celebrations!

I cant forget to mention the photo booth! I am so happy we went with a photo booth. The pictures are amazing! they are one of my favorite things from the whole day!

I could not be happier with my experience with Enchanted Celebrations! We got married 10/10/20 and had been planning for about a year. We got our photographers (AJ & Andres), videographer (Evan), DJ (Jessie), officiant (Greg), and photo booth (Michelle) via EC and it was the easiest planning process, I don't know what I'd do if I had booked all my vendors separately. The whole staff was amazing, Lindsay made it so easy to seal the deal and book everyone, and Jessica was so responsive and helpful throughout the rest of the planning. I loved every single person that we worked with, they were all so kind and so fun to work with. So far we got our highlight video back and I was in tears watching it, it was more than what I hoped for. Thank you to everyone who made our wedding day so easy yet still so special!

Our photographers and videographers were great!
From the beginning process of having the initial call with our preferences discussed and the timeline we wanted which was very helpful because it helped us to think and map out our day better with the advice of the planner. And after the email with the timelines was very helpful as well. Day of the wedding everything went so smooth since our photographer and videographer were ready to follow the timeline and also make little last minute changes we requested. Brandon and Daniel worked so well together and kept us at ease. They did direct us at points when we didn't know what kind of picture we wanted but they also let us be goofy and just enjoy the moment. They even stayed a bit after 11p to capture our cake cutting as our wedding ran a bit late. We had such an amazing day and I can't thank them enough for their part in that.
Now we are going through all of our pictures to go into the next part of creating our album and thank you cards so it's been great seeing our pictures, just waiting on the video now.
Definitely will recommend Enchanted Celebrations and Brandon, Daniel and Justin (2nd photographer), they were great!

Enchanted Celebrations provided my DJ, James, who was AMAZING and kept everyone on the dance floor, a photo booth rental which was so fun! Our photographer, Andrea, was incredible and took the most beautiful photos of our day, and Joey, our videographer, covered everything. Alissa made the whole planning process so simple. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!!

Planning staff was amazing and helpful! Our photographers were perfect! Friendly and helpful! They fit right in with our funky crowd of friends, could not have had a more perfect experience!

BEWARE!!! If you are planning a wedding DO.NOT.USE.THIS.VENDOR.

This has been the worst experience of our lives. I would not recommend hiring them for any of their services. My spouse and I had our wedding planned for November 26th but were forced to re-shuffle our events two weeks prior due to the rising COVID cases. We originally agreed to pay $1,800 for a 6 hour event which we regretfully paid in full upfront to receive a 5% discount. To accommodate the new NJ COVID guidelines that were put in place, we were forced to change our venue and reduce our event down to 3 hours. Enchanted Celebrations then informed us that there would be a additional cost to accommodate travel (despite our scope decrease?). Almost every other wedding vendor we worked with (including our venue hall, caterers, and entertainment) were very understanding of the situation and refunded the full amount. To this date, I'm not entirely sure what COVID protocols (if any) this business adheres to, which is something I would caution future patrons of this business to look into. Enchanted celebrations however stuck to their contract which states 50% refund if the cancellation is between 0-99 days of the event. We were willing to pay the amount they spent in the planning for us (one phone call for 15 minutes). We ended up paying them $700 for that one 15 min phone call with a staffer who was very unprepared + extremely disorganized. To this date we still get several emails a week from Enchanted asking us to confirm our planning details (I'm assuming these are automated to give EC the benefit of the doubt). After looking at more reviews we found that their quality is not that great either and they just hire freelance photographers to do their work. We were able to find our own local freelancer who did an AMAZING job + was more responsive and professional than Enchanted which is rather alarming given that this is literally their fulltime business... If you are interested in using Enchanted Celebrations, I would suggest save yourself the headache and rather find yourself a freelancer and pay 1/3rd the amount + better service and support small business!!!

Enchanted Celebrations was great. They really helped make our special day happen without any issues. Reverend Gregory was such a great officiant. I would recommend them to anyone planning their wedding & other celebrations!

The best thing I could have done for my wedding day is book enchanted celebrations. They think of everything ahead of time and the forms they have are perfect!
It goes through everything to make sure your special day goes as planned.
We had Evan as our videographer, he called two before to confirm everything and ask if I had any questions or concerns. The day of he arrived early and ready to work! He made sure everything was running smoothly and puts his all in his work. He really loves what he does and it shows. The whole night he had the groom, bridal party and I laughing and capturing every second of it. My video came out spectacular. Every time I watch it I can't believe its us.

We used EC for our photography (David S.), DJ (Jesse), and Officiant (Brandon). All three were fantastic! I would highly recommend EC to any couple seeking vendors. So accommodating, so easy to work with.

From the very beginning of my process with Enchanted Celebrations, the people always reassured me in their quality of services and catered to my budget 100%. Victoria has been over the top helpful in the process. The only complaint I have is I was appointed 3 additional people who reached out to me trying to handle different parts and nothing felt like it was communicated properly with the other. After describing these concerns to Victoria she made sure I was only appointed 1 other person to handle my needs and questions, which I really appreciate.
I also really like that I got to choose my own vendors for the day of my wedding. After reading portfolios on their website you can envision them being there for my big day.
I recently got to work with one of my photographers, Brandon for our engagement photoshoot. I highly recommend his services. He keeps it fun, brings so much energy, very personable and very passionate about getting that perfect picture and moment. I cannot wait to see how he performs for our wedding day if this is how he is now.
I highly recommend this company, just make sure you notate you do not want multiple people handling your account if you have issues with it. Otherwise, I am so pleased with their customer service and everything else listed above!
