I started working at Enablx in August 2019 .I have found that you are treated pretty well here.the mangement staff engages with there employees.when I was training they treated us to either pizza or subs for lunch and the mangement team came and had lunch with us asking us for interesting things about us.I have come here from working at walmart for 9 years where I was stressed out and not member of mangement would ask how you are. At Enablx I have found that not only does mangement great you when you come but they are all approachable if you need to talk or just say hello.I have found that it's fun working there.We had customer service week alot of fun activities we played bingo even while on the phones we had pj day ,they treated us to lunch .every week they do contests and give away prizes like gift cards.I am coming from a very stressed out job to Enablx I am not stressed and I'm learning a whole new field.i know I have only been here a little over three months but I truly am enjoying my job and it's nice to work for a place that treats their employees well . I recommend this job

DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF! The place is terrible and very unprofessional. The head of HR Angela is super rude. She called me so that I can rerun my computer and was so very much unprofessional on the phone. This office was very dirty and people would go into the bathrooms to do meth on the daily basis. I repeat DONT take this job unless you really have too. I only lasted about a month and hated every minute of it

Went for an interview and the people there were very cold, distant, and they just seemed to be very strict. Didnt even react to anything I said and everyone there looked depressed; just not happy at all.
I felt overwhelmed a bit and the interviewers gave off this vibe that if I messed up the slightest bit at my job, I'd be fired without a second thought. In a sense, they didnt appear to be understanding or compassionate at all. Would not reccomend

Love the working environment and my coworkers. Of course there's always negativity but that doesn't let me down.

Staff is ran by young college kids who have horrible CS skills, nothing CS professional about the work environment! People are rude making fun of other ppl all day long, supervisors only look after each otherTerrible management.

I love my job but when your sick and have to call out they make you feel bad about it and call outs are thrown in your face! Or better yet when there is an emergency situation they expect more than should be offered explanation wise. There is a lot that should be improved in this company As in management. Shouldn t have to use breaks to use the bathroom shouldn t have to feel bad about being late when something happens. You can t predict the future or know when something is going to happen only God knows all!!! There is a lot that should be changed when it comes to things like this. Other wise I would say everyone is nice and no question is a dumb question. Ppl are friendly and try to make you feel good about yourself when someone calls in to say thank you they give a huge shout out you definitely get recognition for that! They have activities all week to win stuff. They make you feel included in things as well! There are things that need to be worked on that s for sure but all around it s a cool place to work and I learn more each and every day thanks enablx!

This place is TOXIC. You share desks and are micro managed. Very unhealthy place to work. You feel like you are walking on eggshells and you have to be off the phones within mins. REALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible place to work.

This place has welcomed me with open arms since the day of my interview! The staff becomes your family, and close friends. Everyone is always so nice and there s so much positive energy! Working here has been one of the greatest opportunities I ve experienced. If you re looking for a good work environment, with awesome staff and understanding managers this is the place for you. It s a very diverse group; different ages, races and personalities. This place has been amazing and I look forward to continuing my work here.

I have worked at this job for 8 months. I've had plenty of customer services jobs such as ShopRite Walmart. This is one of my favorite jobs I've ever worked at. The co-workers and the management I've had nothing but positive experiences with they always motivate me and challenge me and teach me new things. Sometimes the customers do yell at you. I enjoy that when you work hard at this company it's rewarded they have daily contest as well as numerous people to reach out to. I would recommend this job if you like to learn new things and challenge yourself in a positive workplace
