Formal Complaint Regarding Management Practices in Kuching Division
I would like to express my strongest dissatisfaction with the way work is being managed in the Kuching division. A person holding the position of a manager is expected to be competent, professional, and attentive in handling work responsibilities. However, assigning such a role to someone who lacks the necessary experience and professionalism is clearly affecting the performance and morale of the team.
I urge the company to take serious and immediate action against the sales manager or the individual currently managing the Kuching division. In my opinion, this individual has demonstrated a significant lack of professionalism and leadership capability.
It is crucial that the company thoroughly evaluates a candidate’s employment history and experience before appointing them to such a critical role. I sincerely hope the management will conduct a proper review and implement stricter screening procedures to prevent such issues in the future.
