Professional & compassionate, not words that usually go together but at EFR they do...

The receptionist was very nice and did what she could to fit me in that day for a substance abuse evaluation. Unfortunately I talked to a newer counselor for my first OWI offense (actually my first offense ever.) This gentleman flat out said I did not have a drinking problem but continued to go on about a five-day class that he thought would be beneficial and wanted me to agree to, however I would not. I stressed to him I have a family of 6 that I support on my own and could not afford the class nor the time away. He still recommended it. Very disgruntled that he would not listen to me after agreeing I did not have a problem and could not inform me what this class was going to teach me that the OWI drinking driving class did not already. So mr. Aaron Trotter thank you for wasting my time and money, after I already have done my due diligence and pay my debt to society! Sincerely a father of four.

Amazing staff, super friendly. Highly recommend. First time ever getting in trouble and was super scared but they made me felt at ease.
