Employability is a premier day services center located in Savannah, Georgia. The center is dedicated to preparing adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities for employment and community integration. Employability offers a wide range of programs that are designed to help individuals develop the skills they need to succeed in the workplace.

We offer a supportive environment where individuals can learn new skills, build confidence, and gain independence.
Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual we serve. We offer vocational training, job coaching, life skills training, socialization opportunities, and much more. Our team of experienced professionals works closely with each individual to identify their strengths and interests so that we can create a customized plan for success.
One of our most popular programs is our vocational training program. This program provides hands-on experience in various industries such as hospitality, retail sales, food service management among others . Participants learn valuable job skills such as customer service techniques , inventory management , cash handling , among others . They also receive one-on-one coaching from our experienced staff members who help them develop their communication skills , problem-solving abilities , time management techniques among other soft-skills .
We also offer job placement services for those who have completed our vocational training program or have previous work experience but require additional support finding employment opportunities . Our team works closely with local businesses in Savannah area to match qualified candidates with open positions.
In addition to vocational training and job placement services , we also provide life skills training which includes cooking classes , money management courses and transportation instruction among others . These classes are designed specifically for individuals who may require additional support learning these essential life-skills .

We offer a variety of socialization opportunities such as community outings, volunteer work, and recreational activities.
