This hotel was amazing! I had a great view, the room was clean and comfy!! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was sad that a different have a pool but everything was within walking distance from my hotel. I parked at the hotel and it s $60 a day and you can come and go and not get charged again. I will book here again.
Beautiful river views. Hotel is quiet & comfortable but still fancy. Would give a 5 star if not for the parking garage. Parking was a maze & scary. Hard 2 drive & navigate
I love this hotel and it's my 1st visit there! The king bed Riverview room was big. It also had a tub/corner shower....a surprise! But the best was the river/lake view, which I wanted for my much needed vacation. Will definitely be staying there again.
One star because the views were amazing, but my room was terrible. I paid extra money for a lake view room, only to have the lake in our bathroom. After my husband and I took a shower water was everywhere, the shower was leaking very bad and when I informed the front desk receptionist she just totally blew it off. I was completely upset and for me to be a travel agent as well I wouldn t book my clients here.
Wonderful hotel. Guest services are great. Rooms are large and great view from our window. The shower is excellent and their is a tube.
We can hear all our neighbors through the walls. Even if they are walking normally and talking at a normal level. Room was fine. Gym was amazing! Staff was nice. Great location next to the river and lake shore east park.
This hotel has great views, friendly staff, and very nice rooms. They are spacious, well lit, clean, and have awesome bathrooms. This room s bathroom has a walk in shower, a bathtub, and an inviting layout - much better than a similar Marriott room. Highly recommended!
We booked on hotwire.com because it was one of their surprise deals. It showed the pictures of the rooms but didn't give the name. The pictures looked like we were getting a great deal. When we arrived, the parking garage wouldn't scan our parking pass each time we tried to enter and leave. And the hotel was just ok. Nothing special but nothing bad either. It just wasn't what I expected.
View is spectacular, but nothing else is special about the hotel. There are better options for the money. Save yourself around ~$35 a day and reserve a spot with public parking at the parks.
