I was a first time buyer and had asked to look at a property we had booked in and then 2 days later I phoned up to confirm and then the women said we have had an offer but was waiting for the seller to accept so I said I can do tonight if this would work and we where very interested in the property we Waited and waited and then I phoned and they said the vendor had accepted they didn't let us know and we had a viewing booked in and when I said I was very interested they said it had sold we will keep you on the books I was put of as I was a first time buyer and this is how you get treated stay well away I went to Seymours Godalming and they have been great from start to finish.

We sold through Emery and Orchard and highly recommend them. They were transparent, incredibly professional and easy to get hold of throughout the whole process. We cannot thank Tony enough for all his efforts, and liaising with parties on both sides continuously to ensure a smooth transaction.

We bought our house from Emery & Orchard and are now about to sell with them. They are such lovely agents and I wouldn't use anyone else!

Jeremy and Tony have been stalwarts of the Godalming area property scene for many years and before they started their independent agency. There is very little they don't know about houses in the area. Their pricing is sensible and their team are always amenable. They do all the right things and do them well. Highly recommended if you are considering selling your home.

We bought a house sold through Emery & Orchard in 2016. They were friendly, helpful and far better than the estate agents who we'd used to sell our property in London. They also helped organise a locksmith when the people we bought off left the latch on the door, and they covered the costs too! Can't say better than that really!!
