I believe my instructors name was Shaun I m not too sure but he was fantastic and made sure to cover all topics of BLS/CPR.

When it is my choice I always take my classes for new certifications and CEU required for my healthcare certificates/licenses through Emergency Medical Consultants, and I would not want it any other way. They even have Continuing Education weeks, for licensure renewal, with classes packaged or a la carte, according to State and/or National standards and requirements. They make the sign up process pain free; have various dates and times to work with shift schedule. Quality education, hands on instruction, and great Instructors and staff. I have been in the field since 2005. I would go nowhere else. They have high education standards and actually teach, in and out of State too.

I needed to get my CPR renewal and was running out of time. Not only were they not helpful or accommodating, the person I spoke to was rude. I've gone to them before because my hospital has a contract with them. But honestly I found their classes to be overly long and I dread this every 2 years. So this forced me to look elsewhere, and I'm glad I did. I found Community Health Certification online and not only were they very nice and helpful, they accommodated MY schedule on very short notice. Not only that the class was very low pressure and quick, didnt seem to drag on like EMC, plus theyre cheaper! From now on for BLS and ACLS I'm going to CHC you lost a customer.

I took the BLS/CPR Course and not for nothing it was Amazing! I never felt bored and to be honest the instructors were very helpful and funny. This Course was like a Roller coaster ride it was Exciting, Adventurous and Thrilling!! Lol. I highly recommend EMC to anyone that's wants to grow in the medical field. Two thumbs up!

Usually ok. But I had an emergency and was late. They were Non accommodating. Lost all my registration fees and my day. They give a solid class but probably lost me as a customer.

I give two stars because I've used them for years and their courses presentation is usually pretty solid. However I do not appreciate the fact that they're so non accommodating. Had an emergency and was running pretty late, they didnt offer any help. I lost all my registration fees. You dont treat a returning customer like this! So needless to say I will not renew with them this year not paying them twice for the same thing. Beware of being at risk of losing your money if anything comes up last minute.

Their study guide is very helpful. But their website is very confusing. Please note the icon labeled ACLS pretest is not the correct pretest. So if you go on their website and print all the icons: ACLS pretest, BLS pretest, EKG pretest, and ACLS prep packet... that is not enough. I brought in the ACLS pretest and was turned away from class. I was not allowed to take the ACLS or BLS portion. The correct pretest is online and is a bar graph printout. They do not offer refunds or reschedule. Be very cautious of that.

I renewed my ACLS with EMC as an previous certified ACLS instructor I can truly say that this is great teaching that s easy to understand. Highly recommend AAA++++

Emergency Medical Consultants is fantastic! They've trained my entire family in CPR and First Aid. They are always professional, and the instructors make learning easy and fun.

I'm very disappointed with this school and will never register to do anymore courses there. On December 3 I register to do ACLS class. The class would begins 12\9 and ends 10. On Saturday night I got sick with upper respiratory infection I was experiencing chills, swollen lymph node temperature 103.9. I was unable to eat any solid food due to excruciating pain when I swallow. I call and spoke to the owner to please reschedule me for another class but she no empathy for my situation. She was also rude. Be careful when register for any class there. I paid $185.80 and they couldn't reschedule me for another class. She told me I have to pay again. This was not a plan event the owner was not flexible or willing to help in any way. Just want people to be aware.

currently enrolled in the Phlebotomy course and so far so good!!! Michelle is amazing and im learning so much!! Can not wait to finish!! supplies and book and state exam is covered in the price!! cant beat it!
