Emerald City Theatre Review

Really cute and interactive. My 2.5 yr old daughter and 4 year old God daughter could have sat there for another half hour.

Took my toddler to see "three little kittens" she loved it.

This place is always very awkward for us to go to because my daughter has special needs. It's difficult to get into the building, and once we're in it's difficult to get seated in a way that doesn't feel insulting.

Chicago's premier children's theatre. Outstanding works for all ages and great summer camps, too.

Took my 2 year old and 1 year old grandsons to see the "Three Little Kittens". They absolutely LOVED it! IMO, this is the best children's theater for this age group!

Do NOT host a birthday party with them. I have thrown 7 other kids birthday parties and attended countless others and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. To start, they have there parties offsite and the venue is terrible. Dark, poorly set up and definitely not a kid friendly environment. My guests were arriving and they were still moving tables around and setting up. The sound system did not work so they basically had to play music from their phones. I had a large group and paid extra to have another person help and they could not manage or direct the kids. Overall they were not prepared. From start to finish a very terrible experience. And most importantly, when I reached out after the party to speak to a manager to discuss my concerns they never called me back or followed through.

Saw 3 little kittens who lost their mittens. My daughter loved it. Very friendly staff and an excellent cast.
