Emerald Casino & Resort Review

What an awesome weekend we had, it was so hard to even leave the place. The convenient shuttles provided, the chalets are very spacious, the place itself is beautiful.
We were a group of 7 people and I must say all of us were impressed with the place, it's value for money and the cost of staying at the chalets is so affordable, I could come over and over again if I had to. Keep up the great job, I definitely recommending the place to my mom and friend. See you soon

Beautiful place with friendly staff. The chalet was perfect and there are many things to do. You only pay for the activities you do, which means the price for accommodation is low. It is great and peaceful. When we went to bed, there was no noise or anything, we had a great night's sleep.

I love Emerald resort and casino. The amenities are everything! It's normally so busy around public holidays, it gets really full, last time we couldn't find a place to eat at, I guess that's a reflection of how lovely the place is. My one complaint would be that the gaming section's staff is rather rude and unprofessional. They give you public service attitude, it gets demeaning at some point. I've always enjoyed the service in the pins bowling alley bar, the guys are usually friendly and glad to assist.
The scenery at the resort is so lovely, esp at the chalets side, it's peaceful and you get to be so close to nature with the bushes and wildlife. I also love access to the river. Honestly, there's nothing not to love about Emerald resort and casino.

We stayed at the river chalets, check in itself was a mess. Only 1 lady working to check in more than 20 guests. The chalets need renovations, mould on outside walls and rotten cupboards inside. The couches are obviously old and outdated. The cleaning ladies are efficient and friendly but no amount of cleaning can fix that. The outside area needs cleaning, there old cigarette butts under the outside table.
The bed was clean and well made.

Awesome get away from the regular working life. Facilities are sufficient to enjoy a family day out. Affordable and yet fun and enjoyable. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Great overall family experience. Special thanks to Constance at the front rewards desk and Veronica at the River Resort chalet reception... Keep up the great work.

Love the atmosphere.. Friendly and welcoming staff. Security staff are very welcoming at the entrance and exit. So peaceful and restful close to NATURE.

Chalet floors needs a good steam cleanse as well as couches & the oven it was dirty. Counter tops was chipped and bath was stained it gave me an uneven feeling. The shower had a curtain. They can also spend some money on upgrading the curtains maybe we had an old chalet the other parties had a more modern twist. Chalet 77 otherwise the environment was pleasant the food at restaurants was excellent and the game drive was awesome we had a jolly good time grandchildren loved it

Too noisy. One cannot hold a civil conversation. Allow smoking illegally almost everywhere. Horrible. Illegal Vending machines. Covid checks only monitoring moderate.

They failed to address the illegal vending machine. Your response, Emerald, is corporate whitewashing gobbledegook PR speak..
