The people assigned to our team were incompetent. They are obviously fresh graduates who don't have much knowledge yet about how things work. We were disappointed because we didn't get their services only for them to assign the task to non experts.
They offer bad advice and unrealistic point of view and strategies. Their people are incapable and lack the knowledge and skills needed for the job and industry.
The place is a perfect example of what happens when you mix with relationships. It's run by two brothers who can't handle a scalable business, and neither of them would accept it and hire a consultant to show them the right way. They'd rather let their frustrations out of the poor employees.
They don't train new employees and want to climb a steep learning curve on your own. No support or motivation from the top management.
We hired the team at EMD in 2012 and we ve worked with them ever since. Their process has helped us capture multiple government contracts and we ve been a reference for them on numerous occasions.
Typical start-up situation--EMD has no direction and lacks the leadership skills to move the company forward. Manager humiliates employees in front of others while the CEO has no clue what's going on. Go elsewhere if you have the opportunity.
