Embassy Suites @ Dorado del Mar, Aquarius Vacation Club Review

Proper maintenance was not thoroughly done throughout the rooms. before reopening this establishment. The stench in the hallway rugs was horrendous. Not to mention the plethora of issues in both conjoining rooms that we rented. There was open construction via poolside with no safety protocols in place, posing a serious hazard to all patrons. Incidents are not managed accordingly by the "private owner" who is quick to cast blame on his visitors instead of actually assessing. I'm all for lifting PR up along with its businesses. Especially with all that has occurred these past few years, but not at the expense of others health and safety. I personally would not stay there again.

Great area, people, and cafe & Bar excellent food and good prices, host really good, manager always try to make you comfortable and very polite, I recommend the hotel and cafe and bar.

TERRIBLR SERVICE! Do NOT come here if you haven t received your pcr results. We were not informed the hotel needed them and we haven t recieved ours. My friend was on the phone for so long with them, they even hung up on her and they blamed it on us , we already paid $700 and weren t informed until after. Wasnt on the booking website and wasnt on their official website either. So disrespectful and irresponsible for not informing us prior, not our fault our tests haven t came in yet. Never staying here again, Do NOT reccomend.

Check in / check out were fast and the staff very friendly. The room was clean , basic but comfortable. The beach and pool area are really nice. My wife and I will come back.

I was amazingly surprised by this luxury condo. I feel like the pictures didn t it give it any justice. The Villa is fully remodeled with beautiful bathrooms, two balconies, Kitchen, and very comfortable beds. When I rented this, it thought More

The hotel shares the amenities area with the Embassy Hotel. It is cheaper than the Embassy but it doesn't offer breakfast nor free Happy Hour as the Embassy. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet at the Embassy which was delicious cost $18.99 per person for those who ain't staying at the Embassy. The parking was $15 per day no matter which hotel you are staying at. In my opinion those extra bucks charged at the Embassy compensates for the breakfast and happy hour and it ain't much of a difference. They will provide you with a key that gives you access to the beach area and if lost, they will charge you $50 for it. I stayed at room 2254 which was a villa, it had a jacuzzi, dishwasher, washing and dryer machine, electrical stove, microwave and refrigerator. Overall it was good but ended paying more than staying at the Embassy for the breakfast and happy hour.

I loved this place ! My room was super clean. HUGE with a washer n dryer in our suite! A jacuzzi and a balcony with view of pool and ocean. I loved it. We also had access to a private beach right behind our pool section. Great stay !

Staff very accommodating! Customer service is great..Rooms need deep cleaned. Dust on return vents, dirty grout, hard water deposits on shower glass doors, stains on carpet. Pool area next to water is fabulous, drinks are expensive
