Very good. Organized. It takes a while because they have many steps but the attention, at least to me, was very good.
Go without cell phones, food, cosmetics, electronic equipment of any kind, etc.

Eye! The consulate sector that is on Av. Colombia. Which is where all the procedures are done. It does not agree with the photos that are in Google Maps, those images belong to the Embassy of the USA.

Very organized.

Very organized.
Bear in mind that if we comply with the indications that are precise, the procedure is simple. The same takes place in several stages, the first is a similar airport entrance control and from there we go through fingerprinting, review of the CAS procedure and finally the interview.

Fast processing compared to those that are usually done in the country. Recommended to be early as the line is long but quite efficient. Do not carry cell phones, only the keys, otherwise you will not be able to enter and you must reschedule the appointment.

Very organized, good treatment, I recommend arriving at least 30-40 minutes before the appointment time to queue on the sidewalk, not carry cell phones or backpacks since you only need the passport and the papers. The short and simple interview there is no reason to be nervous, give direct and clear answers.

So I m an American citizen. I ve lived in the States for the majority of my life. I just have to say that I was really unimpressed with the customer service here. The person I talked to was pretty clueless. They sent me off to an email address, the one that I precisely had emailed beforehand (because I know how Latin America is about sending you to the four corners of the earth in search of what you need). And in my previous email correspondence, they said I had to stop by to pick up a form for a routine process. Only after insisting that I had already written them did they give me the form. I happen to also be Mexican and I ve been to the Mexican embassy in Buenos Aires, and I must say that it s way more competent and amiable.

Very tidy and extremely fast to do the visa process. Important for those who go alone without mobility, since you can not enter with anything, there is a couple meters from the entrance that takes care of your belongings for a small sum. Highly recommended

The attention is fast and well organized. The personnel is very friendly. They do not let you in with anything, just the passport and the form. Outside there are lockers to store your belongings, for a few pesos.

They ignored my question and never responded about how are we supposed to order delivery food without a smart phone, when not permitted to leave our accommodation during our isolation quarantine period upon arriving to Argentina back in MARCH. I never received help or tips or offered ANY assistance on how to feed myself after explaining my situation. This example of neglect was additionally included in my three DIFFERENT cases reported on them with the OIG and State Department on them ignoring other emails for help and failing their duty to serve US citizens in need of help abroad.

The attention and organization are impeccable.

The attention and organization are impeccable.
The staff (both from the embassy and security) very attentive and friendly all the time.
Inside the building it is all well marked with signs indicating the order of the steps. Anyway, no staff going around that they will guide you. In half an hour he had already completed the process without any inconvenience.

You have to arrive on time with a shift, of course, try not to carry a cell phone because not only will they make you leave, but you waste time when entering. Once inside they are organized and fast. Have no nerves! They already know everything about you is that you talk
