Excellent customer service, lovely friendly staff, prestine departmental store.

It's like past time luxury boutique after long online shopping. Really enjoyed walking there and just look at the products. Online shopping has spoiled my desire to spend money there though.

I have been visiting Elys for over two decades. It is a great store and the staff are very helpful. However, in the past few years it has changed and I feel has lost some of its appeal for me. It used to sell furniture and white goods, but does no longer and seems to have become more frivilous and luxury oriented with the items it sells, and with that comes higher prices. I wish it would go back to what it was before which was an excellent, all round department store.

I think Elys is great all round. Only dept store in Wimbledon where you can find high end brands. I've always receive good customer service in all the 20+ years I've been shopping there.

Great independent department store. Nicely curated range. Has a warm ambience inside the store. Enough of the brands you like as well as new and different options. Consistently high quality products across the store. Staff are well informed and always helpful. Good eating options too. Have shopped here for many years and would highly recommend. A Wimbledon institution!

Great local department store. I just wished the kids clothing section was bigger and that it opened at 9am so that I could pop in and get a coffee straight after school drop off in the morning!

Nice clean place with good quality products. If you look you can get good bargains from here
