Company harasses people on Facebook. And from pictures their work is low quality for their ridiculous cost.
Never played or even seen one in person. But as a business they take part in harassment of their customers when they're unhappy with the product they received. Shameful. Their guitars are way too much money to not satisfy every demand you have of them. Buy from ANYONE else.
Can't speak to the quality of the guitars (although I've seen some awful, unexplainable reviews on some guitar blogs I follow) but have witnessed first-hand some terrible and unprofessional interaction through social media from the company. Regardless of whether the company is "right" or not, I would never do business with a brand that composes themselves so unprofessionally on a social platform.
