Excellent service, fabulous, friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend

NEVER AGAIN - 7 months to ship from Cape Town to Australia. Items (heirlooms) were damaged and they were most unhelpful with my insurance claim (which they brokered). Adding insult to injury, they also claimed an exchange rate variation - not surprising that the Rand had depreciated in 7 months!!

This place drove my crazy in my move. I'll never use them again

We actually had to retrieve an item that was packed. .and because the documentation of the storage goods are done so accurately. .we found the stored item in no time..

If I could give minus stars I would. 6 months and counting to ship from SA to the UK and still no sign of our stuff. No communication from them, you have to chase them all the time. Absolutely appalling way to run a company.

They e. ploy thieves - stole my Whisky and DIY tools and damaged quite a number of items

Elliot hamdles every move with care. They are extremely professional and reliable.

First consultant which came to see us and evaluate the relocation was professional but there after the actual packing up and shipping of our house/goods was extremely poor with damaged goods and items missing. Even though we had taken insurance trying resolve an issue with insurance claim is extremely difficult, with insurance consultant not helpful at all with bad attitude. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I will not use another moving company other than Elliots. From Cape Town to Pretoria and not a single broken or lost item. Movers came exactly on time and all staff were friendly and helpful. Well done to the Elliot team.

Absolutely chuffed at the amazing service we received from Elliott Mobility. Worth every penny.

Very bad experience , very expensive and still I had my bag and headphones stolen. I should have rather just used people off the streets . Be very careful .
