Terrible quality and customer service. Bought three trucks, brand new , L60, Model 1800 crane and M43.
The 1800 was delivered leaking hyd fluid, salesman said "It's normal". The radio remotes never worked right, after a year we were told that system is no longer being used due problems and a new one is $10k, no warranty. Many, many other issues.
Track inside M43 was installed backwards, hoses blew. Jib winch motor doesn't work and Elliott won't repair. Truck tied up at dealer for MONTHS because Elliott didn't want to pay dealer for service work. Their "custom aluminum bed" covered grease fittings. After a year and a half, cylinders were seized up. Also numerous issues.
Elliott doesn't return emails or calls. They grew too big too fast and made many mistakes along the way. The dealer network in this area isn't experienced enough. The dealer even told us (after we bought the unit of course) that they have no experience or training on this model. Talk to people who work on equipment, Elliott is a joke.
