Etc has a very professional team! They make appointments and keep them. They come prepared and know their stuff. I am always impressed by my interactions with them and this one was no different! Chris did a great job!
We have always thought ETC was the best company with the best employees. From the ladies that work the desk, to the techs that come out to our cabin. Everyone is so nice and professional. Tonight I used the chat/text option to ask questions about recordings. At 12:30 am and the customer service rep was awesome!

I have been with this company for over a year since moving to Blue Ridge and I am a happy customer. I have great internet service. It is fast and reliable. The tech who installed services a year ago was so nice and explained everything. I haven't had any issues other than natural issues such as storms but service always came back on. I would recommend this company and their service. It has worked really well for my family. It has been very responsive, along with the excellent customer service. They have a 24 hour phone line where you can speak to an actual person rather than a automated service. They also have an online chat that will connect you to a customer service representative through your cell service. The representative are very professional and very respectful. They will do everything in their power to resolve any issues that arise.
The techs that came out were quick and courteous. The service is excellent as well. Highly recommend ETC over satellite any day of the week!
