I had a wonderful experience at Ella Weiss. I live in Kansas City, Missouri and had previously gone to several shops in the city. Instead of talking about what those shops did wrong, I want to talk about the great service and expertise Ella Weiss (Stephanie) gave me in my wedding dress shopping experience.

I'm busty and specifically told every wedding shop I had gone to that I did not want a strapless gown, that I wanted something with lace, but was willing to try on anything. Stephanie listened to my request and only pulled me dresses that had straps and were conscious of my bigger bust. I tried on several dresses and actually had a hard time choosing between the many styles that they offered. For being such a small shop they had TONS more options than in Kansas City and the service was VERY attentive and helpful through the whole process.

Finding your wedding dress was a special experience from me and it wouldn't have been the same without Stephanie at Ella Weiss Bridal Shop.

I had a great experience dress shopping here. I had to do the shopping by myself but the people here made it such a great experience. The woman who does alterations did a great job as well.

I have had a wonderful experience with Ella Weiss Wedding and the staff there. I was pleased with the professional yet personable service provided when picking out my gown and I look forward to my future fittings.

If there were an option for negative stars that's what I wold give. I have been very disappointed by the staff. My dress experience was nothing short of a disaster and after a year of trying to come to a resolution I decided to take it up with the BBC. I hope that I don't recieve the same threat as the other review I read. There are star rating and reviews for a reason they are not illegal so how can someone sue for writing a review. Also I noticed that only positive reviews had responses from the store. I do not like the way they do business.

Went here a few weeks ago with my sister to try on dresses. We walked in and the front desk (maybe the only one who was working that day) immediately started telling us where we could find "cheap" gowns. We never once said that we wanted anything cheap, anything affordable, used, ect. We did NOT just come from the gym or look all nasty. It was the most bizarre thing. She told us to try Craigslist and a few other local shops. I would like her to know that I purchased a Vera Wang gown from a Saint Louis bridal store. It was Saturday, Oct 24th that i visited Ella Weiss. Next time learn your clientele before you steer them elsewhere. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Loved shopping here the staff was WONDERFUL Cayla has gone above and beyond with helping me find a veil, she was so nice, and always picked things that she knew were my style. I wish I would have found Ella Weiss sooner and I probably would have bought my dress there as well.

Incredibly sweet women. Very helpful. Downfalls were the receptionist did not greet me. She did not ask if I had an appointment or ask us anything. The selection of dresses is incredibly limited. Need more options!!! And every dress was way too small for me and i couldn't get a good idea of how it'd fit. Try carrying larger sizes as well!! Beautiful store but need more to choose from.

Ella Weiss was the absolute best dress shopping experience! I made an appointment for a Saturday morning and they were happy to have me, even though they were VERY busy that morning. All the consultants were so sweet and encouraging, and I could definitely tell they knew their stock so well and could find exactly what I was looking for. I worked with Paula (who is a complete sweetheart and joy to work with), and she captured my style and vision so quickly and beautiful. If you are looking for a more budget-friendly dress, definitely check out their sample sizes on the back wall!
