In January we were looking for a particular car and found it at Elk Grove ford. Mike Bhatia is the internet sales rep and made the experience very comfortable and easy to drive, critique and negotiate the purchase of the car. Usually we would not drive that far to look at a car. But Mike made the whole experience so comfortable without sales pressure, that we actually ended going back this month in June and he helped my son buy a new Ford Focus. Love the car, great experience, will keep coming back to Mike for our car purchase.

This place really needs a new management team and new employees. My car is sitting there and no ones willing to answer my phone calls or give me an update on my status for pick up. They've been no help what so ever only stress I don't recommend this location to anyone.

Highly disorganized service department. Took 5 service appointments to get issue fixed. Consistently didn't return calls after they said they would. Wireless is waiting room was down each time I was there. Will never go back.

Trent in the parts department really went above and beyond to help me out. Even after I was totally rude to him. I was so frustrated to find out that the part I needed for my car was on back order. No one had been able to help me find it anywhere. I had been getting the run around for a month by the time I got to Trent and I was just at the end of my rope. I honestly didn't give him any reason to even want to help me. I was so frustrated. But Trent did help me. He did what no one else would. He called around and found the part I needed on someone's shelf and got it for me. He also followed up with me. He called to let me know when it shipped out and when it arrived just to give me peace of mind. I was truly humbled by his integrity. Thank you for the amazing customer service Trent.

Bad experience after the credit application.

With good enough credit, the salesman came back beating around the bush meaning I didn t get approved for the car I wanted or they didn t care enough to sell to me. They pulled all 3 reports from the bureaus after the salesman had told me they only used 2.

After all the agony of being there for over 2 hours, the salesman revealed to us that they use the lowest credit score, meaning after they pulled the first one, they expected the second credit score to be lower for some reason.

I m glad I didn t buy from Elk Grove Ford and didn t get contacted after. Definitely worthy of 0 star reviews if it were possible.

Went to the dealership to have some repairs on my car. I highly recommend having an appointment otherwise you will wait for a long time. I had my appointment with the quick lube service for my rear brake pads to be replaced. My car also had some recalls, the quick lube service did one of my recalls the others will have to be done by the service department. Even though I had an appointment they were very busy. The quick lube service department was very thorough with there repair estimate and gave me a time that my car would be done. I was very satisfied with the service I got from Elk Grove Ford. They have always worked on all my Ford vehicles.

Not only was this a waste of two days of sitting and waiting in the dealership but I am now sitting and waiting to return the car I bought because they changed there mind and dont want my trade in car and have found a reason to tell me to bring cash instead of my trade in after the contract was signed and I had new car for four days this is the worst customer service ever had my life I would never I will never come back to ford Elk Grove , While I m sitting here waiting just to trade my car back in to get my old car for now hour 20 minutes three employees have asked me if I ve been helped and I said no they leave to go ask there boss and never come back so yet I m still sitting here pass this review along and if you can avoid it don t come here go somewhere else....... now been sitting here 30 min just to get my key to my old car......40 min now.... finally at almost an hour I get my key and there was no type of sorry or is there anything we do to make this right, nothing. All because the salesman Ray lied to the finance guy about my trade in and didn t tell him all the info that I did disclose! I would never come back here and if you do come here do not use the same salesman..

I call and call and no one answers. Then someone finally does and they just hung up without saying anything. Not ever going to this Ford dealership. I'm sticking with Harrold Ford or Future Ford.

I've only been here for warrantied parts. They've taken care of all those problems.
They run a shuttle to your house and pick you up when the work is done.
No problems in three visits for repairs.

Really great experience! Mostly done via text and email, my salesperson Sal was very quick to respond, honest and very easy to work with. (Be sure to ask for him!) once I decided on a truck I was given a very straight forward quote, and Sal even ran some preliminary numbers for me to get an idea of what I was looking at with several different financing scenarios.

My finance guy David was also great to work with. I moved from Florida recently so I was full of questions. He was full of knowledge and very helpful thru the entire process.

Tony Ho is the one to go to when purchasing a car!!! With his great customer service and patience, I was able to take home a Nissan Altima Hybrid 2010. He was very informative with every car I had a question about.

I was very disappointed that upon returning to finalize a deal from the night before, the numbers were changed. This would have been our third vehicle purchased from ELk Grove Ford, but they did not keep their word on the numbers to which we had previously agreed. We put down a ten thousand dollar deposit to show our good faith that we would return to process paperwork the next day, since it was almost 9:00 pm. As we were signing papers, I caught the error, but was told my figure was incorrect! As loyal customers, we walked away and will never to return! A deal should be a deal; check your figures carefully!

Upon arriving at the Ford Dealership Steve was there to greet me by name and had the car I was looking for already pulled up front, with the key in hand. He did an amazing job working with me on pricing, warranties, etc. He made sure I got a good deal on my trade-in and a monthly payment that worked for my price range. Made appointment and called to confirm two days before service, was told you are scheduled, showed up at counter, customer service rep couldn't find appointments scheduled, was very unprofessional and other customer service reps were all laughing as there were no appointments they could find, truck wasn't washed after service as well, wouldn't recommend.

I worked with Steve probably the best car salesman I ve worked with. I went to future ford and they weren t willing to work with me so I went to Elk Grove Ford and met up with Steve. For the "Quick Lane" department. It took over an hour just waiting in line to check in. Service was actually done on less time than it took to check in

Today marks exactly 2 months since we bought a new Mustang at Elk Grove Ford.

There are 2 warranty issues that were noted the day we purchased the car (2 months ago). Neither one has been taken care of and no contact has been received from the dealership. Both Cole & Rachel Wood were standing by the car when we picked it up and both saw and acknowledged the problems. The service department photographed both defects and were supposed to submit it to Oasis (Ford's warranty system).

In addition, the finance person (Cole Wood) talked us into buying the Ford Surface Care package. After a month of runaround, we finally got an appointment to have the Surface Care procedure done and they scratched the paint applying the surface care package (that was supposed to PROTECT the paint). 30 days later there has been no response regarding the scratches.

To be fair, we got a great deal and had a very pleasant buying experience the day we bought the car.

I think the trick is, if you buy a Ford there, be certain it is absolutely perfect before you take delivery because they can't be bothered to lift a finger after you drive it off of the lot.

Johnnie Perkins called me ahead of my lease end, found the Ruby Red Fusion I wanted almost immediately, ensured my payment would be affordable and sent this transaction over the top by arranging to have my new car delivered to me at my work. Within 48 hours I signed the paperwork and my old car was driven back to Elk Grove. I live 4-1/2 hours from Elk Grove!! Run to this family owned dealership. Best customer service imaginable!
