It's been 14 years since my grandmother past away from Alzheimer's. She was the glue that held our family together. We took turns taking care of my grandmother at home until we couldn't anymore. My aunt put her in Eliza Jennings still taking shifts with her sisters worried about about some of the abuse's you would here on the news that would happen at some places. Thank God that was never the case their. The staff was kind and they always responded fast when ever needed. When my grandmother past away that staff helped us out alot.

I could never thank you enough for all your care hand help. Till this day we still refer your facility to everyone we know and to strangers.

THANK YOU

This place is awful! The staff is ABSOLUTELY the worst I've ever seen! Yell down the hallways to other staff for conversation, can call and call for help and no one comes. My mother had to go walk and get someone. My grandma is there and she's called twice with very horrible complaints in one week! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place ever! Once my Grandma is home we will never ever ever look back at this horrible place! If I could give a -* I would! 1 star is being very generous!

This Place is Amazing Ashley DOnna and all the nurses and aides are truly the most amazing people in nursing home care its a fairtale compare to other nursing homes. The doctor I seen him more times in the first 2 weeks then I did the whole 2 1/2 months at my last nursing home. This is world class care perfected

My mom has been residing at Eliza Jennings on Detroit Ave. in Cleveland for a couple of years. My wife and I began taking her to the Adult Day unit and then when we couldn't care for her at home, she smoothly transitioned when she needed more care. The staff was wonderful every step of the way. Now as we make the final transition to mom's holy resting place, the Western Reserve Hospice people are partnering with EJ staff and we could not be more pleased.

What a year and a half it has been! Covid -19 has changed or effected just about everyone's life in one way or another.
Audrey and I are no different. I truly believe that Audrey's Alzheimer's has progressed as a result of the isolation this pandemic has caused. Audrey no longer cooks, shops, drives, and most recently is having a difficult time getting dressed. Audrey now attends Eliza Jennings, Acacia Place Day Center three times a week. Audrey really enjoys the companionship and the activities they provide. Minni and her staff are always smiling and happy to see Audrey, and truly appear to enjoy their jobs. Audrey looks forward to attending each week. Audrey has remained a happy person throughout this whole experience. Acacia Place is helping me keep her that way. For this I am grateful!

I came hereafter breaking my femur. The health aides and nurses are professional and caring. One nurse, Pauline Niznix, performed a service for me that relieved my suffering. I will always be grateful to her and all the staff.

Acacia Place treats family like family. Having them in your corner really lowers the anxiety levels because they seem to care about the people that they take care of. I am happy my family member is in their care during the day; the food is good and they provide intellectual stimuli during the day with games and various activities.
