I recently had a service experience that fell short of expectations. The technician arrived later than scheduled and didn't seem fully prepared for the job. Despite my detailed explanation of the issues, the resolution was incomplete, leaving some lingering concerns. Communication could also use improvement. I found it challenging to get follow-up clarity. Overall, the experience was not what I anticipated.
