I recently rented a power tool from Elite Tool Rental LLC, and I must say it was an average experience. The tool worked fine, but the service could have been better. There was a slight delay in the delivery, and the customer service representatives seemed a bit indifferent. Overall, I would consider renting from them again, but I hope they improve their service.
