They called exactly when they said they would. They were all very friendly. Technician was able to fix it right away. Great company!

Do not use this company!! They installed Geothermal in our new house and did all insulation. Our house is never balanced (either hot in summer or cold in winter) upstairs bed rooms are 55 degrees today. Horrible for such an expensive system.

We have used Elite Service for regular maintenance at 3 different houses. Their experienced technicians are professional and efficient. The office staff is very helpful in scheduling service.
