Working in the lighting industry for some time now and have to say this is a pretty great place to work. Owners are super agressive in growing the company. They never hesitate to develop new products to stay ahead of the industry. Good benefits, Employee appreciation, and little things that make you feel appreciated. All the standard benefits here. Insurance, 401k etc. Employee training needs a little work but overall a great job and company.

Friendly customer service and very helpful. I had 2 broken LED recessed lights and they were helpful to replace them for me. Plus, the quality of their lights are much better than other brands, which are often made with plastic.
In the spirit of giving thanks...thanks to the ownership for taking care of employees and offering benefits beyond simply what is mandated by law. Long-term employment, loyalty, employee-focused events, loans, opportunities for professional and educational growth, bereavement leave, the traditional turkey give-away, and no-cost COVID screening are things to be thankful for. Each person makes the best or worst of their stay in any place. Keep that in mind as you read other posts full of negativity.

They are very understandable when it comes to any product issues. Without question, they will send out a replacement ASAP. Their website is a wealth of information and very user friendly. I found it fun due to always a different challenge, Ownership is a very kind to people; specially to those whom are willing to success in life. it may not be the best company out there, but is a safe family place with a lot of challenges through the years.
