Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service of M/s. Elite Elevators. Our elevator has been out of order since October’25 but no action by M/s. Elite. This elevator is a major accessibility issue for our home especially for myself and my wife who are senior citizens. Despite multiple assurances by the Service team, no technician has shown up. Several calls to Mr. Kaliyaperumal, the Service Manager have proved futile. For the premium price Elite Elevator charges, you expect a professional maintenance standards. Their lack of urgency regarding safety and functionality is unacceptable. After-sales support is disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly, exhausting to deal with.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your requirement of an elevator.
