I had a really great experience at Elegant Occasions picking out a wedding dress on May 9, 2021. There was champagne, my favorite people in my life were able to be there, and Ashley was very professional and fun! We had talked beforehand about what kinds of styles I wanted, and the first one she had me try on ended up being the winner! I am excited to pick it up and get to wear it again!
I came in with an open mind about different styles to try on and was not disappointed with the amazing job that our consultant did. Ashley was absolutely amazing, she made both me and my MOH feel comfortable and helped me fulfill different visions I had for my big day. Highly recommend Elegant Occasions for planning your big day!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I surely would! I live in the Chicago area, and my daughter (the bride) was looking for a very particular dress. We found it locally, but the cost was so prohibitive, that we were really discouraged. Then I found Elegant Occasions! It was a 3 hour drive north for us, but worth every minute! They had the dress to try on (in a different color) and were so very kind and helpful for the entire process! They had the dress shipped directly to us, for hundreds less than the bridal stores here wanted, and it came weeks earlier than promised! We really couldn't be happier with the pricing, service, and selection. These people really care about their customers- you won't be sorry if you choose to work with them.
I had a great experience finding my wedding dress at Elegant Occasions! My appointment was with Ashley, who is so kind and extremely helpful! She answered all of my questions and was wonderful to work with. Ashley also assisted all of my bridesmaids in finding their dresses, along with my mother in finding a mom dress. It was great that the same stylist was able to work with all of us in finding our dresses, the consistency really made things a lot less stressful!
Tried on wedding dresses for the first time in life at Elegant Occasions and couldn t be happier with the dress I chose. It was so unexpected but fell in love and got all the feels. Huge Thanks to Angel for being patient, kind, and super helpful in narrowing my search down.
I worked with Ashley for bridesmaids and she was a blast to work with! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! She was knowledgeable about the dresses and the fits of them, and she was very efficient! Elegant Occasions has a huge selection of bridesmaid dresses and my girls left really excited about the dresses they picked! If you want a bridal store that welcomes you with a smile, makes the experience fun, has a knowledgeable staff, beautiful store and dresses go to Elegant Occasions! They also have a large variety of sizes! All my girls were able to try on a ton of dresses in sizes that fit them! Thanks for a great appointment Ashley!
So this compared to David's bridal is so much better. You get your own private room to showcase the beautiful bride to be. The consultant I believe her name was Ashley was AmAzIng! She even went above and beyond to have a mannequin dressed in suit the colors that our bride was talking about for the groom/groomsmen. I've never experienced this before and would recommend 100% for any bride to be.... Only downfall dresses start at over 1,000, but even at other places dresses I've seen are around 800 and up so really not that bad comparing. I feel like their dresses had a lot more shimmer and shine.
Elegant Occasions did a wonderful job at our appointment choosing bridesmaid dresses. Ashley pulled great choices and laid out the pricing and options very clearly. Everyone had a great time shopping and Ashley took care of most of the details within my group of girls, which was fantastic.
The only reason I gave four stars instead of five, was because many of my girls ended up with dresses a few sizes bigger than what was needed resulting in higher alteration costs than necessary (but better too big, than too small!) This was slightly frustrating as bridesmaids pay so much to stand up in a wedding to begin with.
Aside from that detail, I was impressed with the shopping appointment and customer service provided.
I would absolutely recommend the luxury sweet if you want your experience to be one of a kind and not rushed! Our conaultant Ashley was truly incredible and made myself and my bridesmaids feel comfortable and confident in our choices. She had plenty of knowledge and an enormous amount of kindness. This experience blew any others out of the water! :)
Ashley, the master stylist was amazing! She took her time listening to every desire I had & went out to find the perfect dresses with every feature I loved! We spent over two hours there and she never once got impatient or pushy! She made us feel right at home. It was the perfect experience! I was allowed to bring my Mom, future Mother in law, and all my bridesmaids! (I have 5)
