You refused an order from a local patron because they were buying it for the Cincinnati police!!! That s horrible!! My family an friends used to come to your establishment often but we will no longer be spending any of our hard earned money there anymore!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! I m hoping your business goes under !!!!! You will have asked for it !!!

BYOB, great pulled pork and ribs. Kid friendly and just an overall nice place to eat. Limited indoor seating might be the only knock on this place.

If you're looking for some BBQ, Eli's is the place to go. Just returned from my 1st trip there, and boy was I satisfied! You can eat inside or out back either under a tent structure or out in a grassy area with picnic tables. A must try for BBQ heads!

Sides are pretty good, not the best, but honestly you come here for the barbeque, which is phenomenal.

Let's be honest, go there to sit outside, not the food. Ribs are more often than not dried out and coated in sugar.

I was kinda amazed by this place, the service was very friendly and quick and it was by far the best pulled pork I have ever had. I loved how homie the building felt and the decorating was kinda odd but cool. 11/10 highly recommend

Incredible BBQ! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and plenty of seating outdoors and a handful of tables inside. The food itself was delicious, especially for the price! It's a small menu, but that allows them to really excel at what they offer.

If you order a side of coleslaw, you don t get the tiny serving of coleslaw with your meal. First time I have been told this in years.

The bbq is excellent. You need to have game plan to get a seat during prime mealtimes!

Then pulled pork is to die for! The sauce is perfect! And the cole slaw...the best I've ever had! But the ribs...not so much. The last two times, we've visited Eli's, the ribs were dry and far less meaty than we hoped. They gave us a credit the first time without any question. The second time, we just decided that this must just be how they make ribs at Eli's. If you want a great memorable meal, enjoy the pulled pork with a couple of sides and skip the ribs.

It's a little hole the wall place. We don't think it can hold a candle to the BBQ in the south but it's certainly the best we've had around here!!

Over hyped. Pulled pork was super dry, cole slaw was trash, and the Mac & Cheese was decent at best. If you know what good bbq is, you won t enjoy this place.

I love their mac and cheese and jalapeno cheddar grits, and the bbq is awesome!

So i was visiting Cincinnati and asked some folk where i should take my family to eat and on three occasions i heard about Eli"s.I was so excited to try and picked up and ordered to go..I have to say not only myself but my family was highly disappointed in the quality of the food.Out of everything we ordered the corn bread and baked beans were the best..I couldn"t wait to try the pork but one look at it and i knew it was gonna be dry and it was super dry..The Mac N Cheese was ok but it was over powering with richness.The portions were also very small for the price....The workers were very friendly and the setting outside was not but its not likely we will ever return...

The ribs are fantastic! Crispy and flavorful on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. I think they might be the best I have ever paid money for. The restaurant is small, but they have a huge parking area and lot behind the building where you can eat outside. They do not sell alcohol, but you can bring your own to drink in the outside eating area. I'd probably be a frequent customer if I lived in the Cincinnati area!

This is hands down the best Greek food in the state. A hole in the wall restaurant frequented mainly by locals and professors of Meredith college.

best BBQ ever. and the popularity shows. this place is BUSY so expect a crowd. even with the crowd this place is on it getting your food ready in no time! highly recommended! my only complaint is the corn bread is not complementary like most others. however selecting it as 1 of your 2 sides isn't a bad idea as its VERY good and sweet!

Best pulled pork sandwich I have ever eaten. I love BBQ, try pulled pork at every BBQ joint. None have yet to compare to Eli's. Coleslaw is excellent on the sandwich. I dont even like coleslaw. If haven't been, is a must try. Also BYOB

Overpriced, poor quality, BBQ. The brisket is always dry and chewy. The pulled pork sandwiches get smaller each time we've been there.

Oh, if you order takeout from them on doordash, they cancel your order for no reason after you wait around for an hour for it.

Loved the food and socially distanced picnic tables.

We have tried eating here now three times, each time has been worse than the last. $30 for two pulled pork sandwiches that were not edible. Sad thing is that We threw most of it away. I really think the hype about this place is the outside area that people come and let their kids play in the muddy lot next while they consume their byob alcohol...illegally.

Love the bones/ rib tips here! Only reason there's not 5 stars is the sides aren't the best. Cornbread was dry and the Mac and cheese is plain. I skip the sides and get a double order of bones instead.

Eli's is awesome. If you haven't been yet what are you waiting for. Grab a 6 pack of your favorite beer order some BBQ and sit outside and enjoy the experience. Can't get enough of Eli's.

Ribs, cornbread and grits all good. Sat inside and enjoyed the vintage decorations as well as atmosphere from the tunes on vinyl.

Very nice atmosphere young lady whom took my order was great courteous, kinda pricey but I'm always willing to pay for good eats.... mind you I drive for a living and have lived abroad Europe,Africa and Mideast and have had the pleasure of eating some great food but really for those who rated the food here five stars have no clue shame on you BBQ should be moist flavorful and almost falling off the bone my food was dry tough almost jerky like texture the baked beans were very good I really want to return it today

The place is awesome and broad, the food was delightful and the rates were very reasonable. quick, effective service and very attentive staff members. Highly recommended.

Good vibe, but the patio is infested with wasps. The food also wasn't that impressive - mashed potatos were boring and bland, and the rib tips were so tough and chewy that they were practically inedible. Might make good dog treats though.

Their BBQ is amazing! Wish they'd step up their sides because they aren't too great. The in closed area they have set up outside is perfect for spring and summer nights !

Overhyped. Service was surprisingly rude. Wasn t expecting much as far as service goes, but it was worse than having low expectations. My spouse and I agree, their pulled pork was just okay. Extremely salty, to the point where it burned the mouth a little because of the high sodium content. Pit to Plate was/is far better. Too bad they just cater now. Better pulled pork still goes to City Barbecue. I have heard the turkey is good. Maybe I will try that if we ever decide to come back again.

Literally the best Pulled Pork I've had. I do alot of traveling for paranormal investigating (Paranormal Quest " This is Reality ") and have eaten at many a joints! By far one of my favorites here!

Don't try the bbq wings. Seriously dried out and reheated sticks of chewy chicken flesh.
