Best support experience ever.
Electricity went out, so I let my colleagues know, and went to check the fuses as this has happened last winter as well a few times and there was no way for me to tell if the neighbors had electricity as it still was rather bright outside. But to my surprise all the fuses in the house were alright. Okay, seems I need to check the main fuse. Put on my winter gear, looked for the fuse box key and headed off just to realize my partner had locked me inside the house.
I personally do not have the key for that specific loc, but we have a spare at home just in case. Went looking for it and was successful in my search.
Not a minute later I was outside in the snow, making my way to the fuse box, which apparently was frozen, so it took me a few tries before I got it open.
What awaited me was a fuse in the correct position!?
Headed back to the house opening up Elektrilevi homepage to check for any interruptions. Indeed, there were quite a few, but not in my side of the village. No other choice but to call in. As there are so many interruptions already, I sat down for a 10min+ waiting period. At first the automated message notified me about some outage a bit further from here but not a minute had passed since I started the call when a human voice asked me how they could help.
I explained the situation and she confirmed, that indeed there are some outages in the area and that my fuse box was unavailable. She then continued to add my street to the streets that need to be checked and said that someone will come and fix it as soon as possible. Very pleasant, direct, no excuses, no bs. We ended the call I turned around to go upstairs and use the last bit of juice left in my laptop when all the lights came on again.
30sec from yeah, we will do something to fixing the issue that what I call magical support!
With that I don t just mean the person who I was talking to but all the gears and bolts in the background working together to solve the issues.
Please teach your staff that it is not nice to enter the garden of others to swing shields and leave the garden where dogs in the garden can run away without agreeing. Luckily I was home and noticed this time and the dogs stayed.
