Where should I start?!? My god! This place has the worst service ever!!! I waited for 40 mins when my appointment was at 3:30pm. Asked me if I can wait another 20 mins, I said NO and left! That's the whole purpose of having a damn appointment! Extremely unprofessional!! It was my first time too! I would not recommend anyone to go there! Anyone!!
Worst dentist office anyone can possibly decide to go to. Doctor doesn't even want to see patients, very POOR Service!

The Lady DR.Nida is so professional and gentle.Also she give me some good advices how to clean my teeth etc.She is friendly and unique. If I need to visit dentist again it will be DR.Nida.I will recommend to anyone who need visit dentist to choose Elegant Smile.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Gives dentists bad rep, would advise no one go here not even for a check up they ll find a way to mess that up. still baffling how there still in business, Everyone here should get there license revoked!!
My brother is gay and she drilled and filled 9 holes in his teeth, he had never had a cavity in his life, and she was making rabid anti-gay comments about he and his fiance.
On top of that I can confirm she billed for 6 front tooth fillings that were never actually put in, he wasn't even in her office that day. It was Halloween!
The dentist is never there! I've made appointment after appointment to get a filling and every time I go up there the receptionist says "The Dentist is not here, she called off today " So I had to wait another month, I came up there and the receptionist said the same thing and again I made an appointment & the receptionist said the same thing again. It's been FOUR months and still I need a filling.
I had gone for first time with my family, but the front desk's behavior is nasty, the way these two lady was talking to the patient, I feel like , I get out ASAP, And I did.
I have been going to Dr.nida for years now and all my children have as well love her she is amazing always help me out and took very good care of my teeth she does amazing work and is very gentle and kind love how she is always asking about my family and cares enough to give me advice on what problems I'm having .and the staff is the same caring kind respectful and I have never had a problem with anyone here in all my years of being here .will never go anywhere else .will never find another place like this where the staff and Dr.nida are so out going people and caring kind and just good hearted woman who all have a great out look on life .n I love how in some way s this place is like a Barber shop u can talk with these women about anything it's assume
Honestly, this is one of the worst dentist office in Michigan. I guarantee you will wait at least 30-45 mins after your scheduled appt if your lucky because it s usually more. Staff need to learn how to talk to patients in a nice way.
ONE THING IM GOING TO TELL YOU GUYS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL MESS YOUR TEETH UP. GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

the receptionist and assistants are retarded,rude and full of attitude.
The Best Dental Office I've ever attended. The service was quite pleasing and the staff were amazing with my family. Dr. Nida was everything I can ask for. I strongly recommend this dental office.

I went to this place for cleaning.Doctor he Check my teeth and he sad i need filling six teeth and I did.But i think my teeth was good just he make money.Now almost 15 days my teeth going worst.I have pain all of my teeth.How he get dental license.so please everyone one be careful .
Poor unfriendly, service, and their appointment times are just lies. Had an appointment at 12, it's 1 still in the waiting room.

I took them an exray that shows which tooth to pull out and and which number, they still pulled out the WRONG ONE!! Not just that but they also broke a crown thats on the tooth next to it while trying to pull it out

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TEETH, DON'T EVER STEP IN THERE, PLEASE. 1st- very hard to find a appointment there, if you found one it will 3 months later and than they will cancel your appointment that day or Dr will not show up when you arrived there. The Receptionist doesn't greet you the way they should, all they do from behind their glass door is gossip. Gossips so loud that every one in the lobby can hear them... VERY DISRESPECTFUL! The way the receptionist ask you questions conveys that they are doing you a big favor, like FREE services or something. They make you wait for 2-3 hours. We are not going anymore their. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

this lady is a complete phycho. who imposes her religious views upon everyone else and she billed my insurance improperly. i would recommend no one goes to her.
Hello, the doctors and the dentist are really nice and helpful plus one the girls(doesn t wear Scarf) who stays on the front desk she is really nice and helpful, but the other Bengali girl she wears scarf and always on the front desk so Rude and she helps her people first even if the come last, she says they have appointment while they don t.
The best dentist experience ever, friendly staff and the dentist is so friendly and does a good job, I strongly recommend you get your dental work done there she does a professional job you will be satisfied
